Def the 4070ti for ur purpose. People that say 12gb of vram ain’t enough are stupid. I render multi worlds for architecture in 8k and use max 10gb of vram. Most renders be at 6-8. And those are huge loads. With dlss 3 u can get 4090 frames when a 4090 doesn’t have dlss 3. 4070ti and 4080 are the same. Ur paying 500$ for 4gb of vram

Hey there! Do you think that it would be a better move if I stick to my current GPU(2070S) then upgrade down the line to an 80-tier RTX 5000 GPU, I’ve been thinking of that mainly due to the 4070’s performance at 4K as I find it not there yet.
That's what I had prior to the 4070ti, imo what you should do is weigh it up on your own, it's only being slammed on price point the 40 series, from someone who's using it I'm satisfied but my wallet isnt
4000 series isn't that great compared to price points. It's actually better to wait for 5000 series. Even if 5000 series are priced worse then you can get 4080 or 4090 because of price drop after 5000 series release. Don't be hurry. 2070s is still a decent card it can handle 2k resolutions even now with some tweaks in graphic settings it can reach 60+ fps. 4090 is still priced good compared to 3090ti. But I say wait for 5000 series and you can grab 4090 in much lower price. Or even 5080 if it's priced same as 4090
