I lovee basque cheesecake! I've baked it myself at home a few times too, its so delicious >.< i think the texture is softer and creamier than regular baked cheesecake, and the cheese flavour is so rich ^^. Of you like chocolate, you should also try chocolate basque burnt cheesecake 😄😍 and instead of chocolate balls, the best topping for basque cheesecake is whipped cream or yoghurt :D
