My fears around God and religion in general is always fed by the worst case scenarios I play out in my mind. Hell has always terrified me. OCD took that fear and "biggie sized" it. It was always so lonely at church when I couldn't hold myself together. I always had one foot in hell and the other in a Sunday School class. I have abandoned religion, but the fears stay. I'll keep working on it. Great presentation.

Currently going thro this exact same thing .. im starving my ruminations Currently and its not pleasant..lol
It's brutal, but it's so worth it, and it WORKS! You have to power through, but things do get better. Good luck!
