Man how time flies, I followed Tommee Profitt back when I was in middle school because he did the music for a weekend retreat at Grace Adventures before he took off in popularity. I didn’t even realize how far his career had come, I went through to weed out my RUclips subscriptions and found out about his success. This song brought me to tears the first time i heard this version but now brings me to tears because of something completely different. My best friend snd I both were going through mental health struggles and sadness as she was long distance from me(shes in Texas and im in Ohio) and so we found this song and both agreed that we loved it so much we claimed it as our own. Now, shes going to be gone for a year to one of those wilderness "recovery" camps. Im hearing this song and it's so painful but so ungodly beautiful as well
