This is literally just a professional video that doesn’t get much applause. Good work, man.
I appreciate how Lemme Lime just ignores the stupid and negative comments and helps the people that ask questions. Nice.
I just watched a 20 min video that did fudge all to explain it. You managed to concisely outline the basics in just under two minutes. Thank you.
I liked the way he explained
Really love your animations on your video! Looks awesome!
+Omar Halbouni Thanks man!
I've heard of pixels described as a "vector space" that is giving a color representation of the RGBa data in a given area of an image. Do you know how an operating system like OSX El Capitan reads the pixel bits and translates them into the single pixel I see on my screen?
Great info! thank you.
It's crazy how you are proving us that the pixels are a little different than a camera
Underrated video tho. Concise and enlightening, thanks dude!
I appreciate that!
Thank you sir for your packaged information
Nice video! Very good, used commonly in my school.
Wow I'm blown away from how they work. ;D
This is a very good introduction but, It would be easier for people to understand if you were to show images of ancient pixels, from history. The Mycenaean stone mosaics were really some of our first digital images comprised out of pixels, although they didn't use the name "pixel" in those days. A modern digital image is a mosaic of squares, each of which can only be made out of a single color. The confusion is caused when we consider monitors, which use the three primary colors: Red, Green and Blue to mix a specific single color, so that this color can represent it's intended, unequivocally single pixel.
It's kind of impressing how fast they can work, in this case.
But how are they able to work that way?
What exactly gives them the message to achieve the requested action (changing color variations) in such a short time?
Is there any place where they show in details how they work?
they have tons of time
Now where does the number of pixels come? For example a 1080p screen. Are there 1920*1080 pixels one the display or is it a software based number. Are pixels something you can hold in your hands when you break a tv screen or is it just light? Or am I on the completely wrong track
I wouldn’t say that you’re in the wrong track, there are “1920*1080 pixels” on a specified display (that is 1080p). But, I don’t think that you’d be able to hold a pixel unless you printed it, because it is (just) light.
Very nicely explained about the basic of Pixel but improve sound level and quality
Did you know there is a big obnoxious ad link about mercury over a huge chunk of your video, and no way to close it? Too bad. Otherwise a great video.
Thanks for the video. You say a pixel is made up of red green and blue. If a pixel needs to be completely red for example, will only one third of the pixel light up red or the whole pixel?
Punk Drum Covers Very good question! That depends on the technology the screen uses as well as the shade of red. A pure red will more than likely only light up the element of the pixel, but as pure reds, greens and blues as generally to intense for the human eye different shades are what we are shown most of the time. There are also screens that use CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black) instead of RGB, which means that red, green and blue don't even feature as "pure" colours. -I hope that makes sense?
Lemme Lime Thanks for the reply. Yeah I think I know what you mean. So you're saying that even a shade of red will have other colours in it?
Definitely. There are probably millions of possible shades of red just on an RGB scale. Here is an example of a pure red: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Red.svg
Most people, especially designers, would rather go with something softer on the eye - especially in modern web design as pixels on screens are brighter and form sharper images. There are examples all around you. The chances of finding a pure red on book/magazine covers, icons on your desktop or anywhere else are slim.
Lemme Lime Cool thanks for the info. It all sounds very interesting. I'm learning about photography and video editing and wanted to get a good understanding of things first :)
Great video! 👏
Great video.
dis just helped for my hw my teacher sent me de link for dis video
cuz de corona time
Pixel colors are so much better than the ones printed in magazines
They form a pattern or order or sequence or arrangement. They together make sense.
Verri god vid
Not all pixels are equal. Some phones have better contrast and color than others.
Oh I get it
BRO great job your so smart.
That strengthens my inner intuition that the U.S and China have secret alliance, because of Pixels. And these are the Pixels application on the surface using LCD, LED, OLED using Red, Light Green, and Blue light wherein there's vertical lines square with forward and back reflectors and horizontal lines with forward and back reflectors projecting image and colour to screen wherein when image pass through those opposite lines with reflectors each when vertical line light gets into the reflector, only vertical with spirals image projected which gives me an idea if whether it recreated or reproduces DNA either artificially or actually. Because of that pixels surface effect those colour members of that have to be intact because if tech light will be used, then the red light is offed, if the ray light will be used, the blue light will be offed while the Light Green remains constant at the middle either each red or blue colour have different interpretation of the Light Green colour or in inverse interpretation, though each 3 colours types have to be present to use that pixels tech in screens as a dormant alliance or secret acting in opposition to each other as their alternative function by colors. Though the pixels used in neuromorphism in neural circuitry reading and non color image projection as deep other pixels application have the potential for blinds to see non colour images like that of bats, only for tweaking and modifications for other brain functional organs, wherein those neuromorphism pixels were used in neuroscience neuroimaging techniques connected to systems, though I'm not sure whose secret alliances are hiding within those things.
Where is the real game but it is really awesome
Is it possible for you to omit "What the fry" so that I can show this video to a classroom of students.
I could not understand a single word that was being spoken after 4 seconds from the start ( I timed it). For something as interesting and newsworthy as this, I would agree with one of the previous comments Hire a voice actor
What are your reaction on pixels?
Please answer this question in your own ideas and word
NICE
Thanks yrr
Thank you for the help!!
GREAT visuals! A+
Can't understand a word you're saying. D-

sweet voice
it just amazing video
For me, what Im interested for, any loyal pretty lady coming from either of those alliance as loyal and can be trusted by Me as time goes on is what Im interested into and not those alliances types goals.
SCHOOL
Awesome animations, but... next time hire a voice actor.
Dude not trying to be a douche or anything. And this video was helpful and all, but you need to edit these videos better man. Your voice is way to quiet, and the sound effects are way to loud. Like my head phones are crackling loud, but I can just hear your voice. overall it was helpful but your sound mixing need work, maybe a better microphone or something would help too. and ditch the super loud sound effects that pop in unexpectedly one of them actually kinda made me jump it was so loud.
what's with the poor audio?
Anything that quotes Wikipedia is a waste of time

Cypriot Videos.........use 1-2 maybe
Did you just assume my pixel?
A pixel is not a little square! There's an entire academic paper dedicated to that. A pixel is NOT a little square. This video is wrong. A pixel is a point sample. It exists only at a point.
I’m a little confused about what you’re saying, care to explain?
interseting
Honestly never use Wikipedia as a quote even if it's right.
lol
This video was kind of racist
TERRIBLE. Still don't know how a pixel works! Some magician mixing up colors. BUT HOW??????
😂
bad voice
This is so bad it helps with nothing
