    Everyone who practices athletics, we know what these injuries feel and also the pain that is felt, it is very stressful!

      track aint a big impact kinda sport, but it has a lot of small annoying injuries that add up if not taken care of. it sucks

      What do you think caused your groin injury in the first place, excess muscle tightness? That’s what caused my groin injuries.

      Bro I hurt my lower back, I thought it was something that’ll heal in a day, but it’s almost a hundred days now and I’m just waiting for it to heal. I can’t wait to get on the track again

    I was so hyped, patriotically, because I’m Canadian and him succeeding and placing 2nd in the 200m meant a lot for me. Hope he gets a strong return

    Wish him the best, I had a hamstring injury 2 years ago and it was the most frustrating thing to deal with. It pulls and squeeze and you cant go fast anymore. And it takes time to heal. Fortunately I got rid of it and my speed is back

    DeGrasse is a good sprinter no doubt, but he has a very long way to go before he can realistically be considered in the same tier as Bolt was.
    I wish him complete recovery and that he reaches his full potential.

      coleman or de grasse at number 1. I don't see ratlin beating Coleman who will probably get somewhere in 9.80's range or maybe even in the 9.70's. If De grasse does really well, I can see a time in the 9.80's as well. But, at the moment Coleman is probably the favourite.

    once you get injured ...its never the same...no matter how good you feel...there is nothing called it has totally healed...an injury is a permanent damage...you might get stronger than you were before...but there is always that chance that you get injured exactly there again...i know i have been there
