This is something I'm battling with right now. My posts are generally viewed by 1000-2000 people and my engagement is good, normally 30+ likes. From now on I will be aiming to post between 4 to 5 times a week.
This is super helpful. Thank you. I was wondering whether I was overdoing it with the posts. But each of my posts gets really good engagement, so this means I’m on the right track and can stop feeling guilty. 😊
OMG this video exactly explained my situation!! I especially appreciate the explanation of the algorithm because I am trying to figure out the feedback loop for my LinkedIn content. Great contribution, very intelligently and passionately communicated. Thank you Vendy.
Great video 😊 Maybe Keren doesn’t have the right network, right ? I mean maybe they aren’t people interested with the things she likes. I’m just wondering … Anyway thanks again 🙏🏿
Hi Vendy - good flow to your video and I like how your personality shines through. About 20 to 30% of my posts get 1,000+ views. About 30 to 40% of my posts get 500 to 800 views. And then, something like 5 to 10% of my posts get 2,000+ views, and roughly 10 to 20% of my posts get 300 to 500 views. While there's some variability here, I do believe posting 4, 5 or even 6 times per week is doable. I've had posts that have gotten 2 likes but 1,000 views, so people are hitting the "see more". I'm also seeing some more followers come in, as far as people resonating with my content. I experimented with it and while there are days where I feel like I may be posting too much, I've seen mostly positive things come from my increased frequency of posting, with the occasional person who unfollows me. In this case I mentioned - seeing engagement and at the same time in a growth phase - would you agree that 5 times per week makes sense? I have my own answer here, just asking for fun. I see potential with LinkedIn, and as a friend said to me recently, "Jeff, with LinkedIn - you've got something there." Keep up the great work and hope to see you on LinkedIn!
