I've been really depressed and constantly sick because of stress, i'm scared to start taking anti-depressants because i don't want to feel sicker then i already do. I'm really lost, sad and lonely, can't sleep or eat and feel like i don't matter to the world. But somehow the sounds of rain and thunder quiet my mind for a little while. My body moves but isn't really productive while my mind is tired and drained. I always try to escape by reading but eventually i have to live my life again.
