Johanan Boynes instead of being full time (kick on the first beat, snare on second, kick on 3rd, snare on 4rth), it's as if the tempo was cut in half: (beat on the first, snare on the thrid) if that made any sense XD
Its so awesome to see your progress with your music and knowledge. I just listened to some of your older tracks before this one and, damn. Your skills have gone way up the scale man. Its amazing how much your skills have improved and its honestly mind boggling to me. You are such a role model too me, I'd love to be like you one day. Keep on doing what you're doing Seamless and don't give up. You're going to be huge.
After hearing it 5000 times, I'm actually really into the vocals. As well, they were recorded special for this track since I couldn't rip the originals and there were no stems ;p Or maybe that's just Stockholm syndrome ;p
SeamlessR I'd think the whole producer's ear thing might play a role as well, I feel like if the vocals were slightly quieter to get the chords to pop out a bit more, it might sound better? Or you could some kind of dubstep track it and release both versions, that'd be nice :p
xXRandomCamperXx Well, another thing is that I was definitely keeping to the spirit of the original track. If you listen to it (just youtube "killer cuts the way u move") the layout and vocal arrangement is basically identical. It was fun to do the male voice myself ;p
SeamlessR Well, it does keep it as true to the original as possible that way I suppose.. I guess I'll just go back to how to bass 92 if I want to listen to the no vocal version ._.
First thought, Bass Antics...This is your style Seamless, this is the shit! This brought me back to the SNES Killer Instinct, awesome feeling, thank you oh bearded one!
The so called “predictability” of a track has nothing to do with chord progressions, and everything to do with a personal style. If you heard a new song but didn’t know it was by Seamless you should quickly recognise it as a track by Seamless. The same argument would apply to Savant or any other producer, or band that you may like. Every artist is their own brand of music. I would call this quality familiarity and it’s actually a good thing that frequently leads to people having a favourite musician. Good work Seamless, loved this remix.
When I was first working with the original, I could have sworn the guy was saying "THE MEAT IS RARE" and, like, I don't remember the 90s well enough to have known if that was or was not something someone might have ad libbed on a track ;p
This is amazing. I am alittle sad that you kept out "this beat is real!" I feel there were a few moments that would have benefited from it. That is just a silly side note. Either way it's freaking awesome.
CooxyLP You'd have to have a pretty shit computer for a simple line moving crazily to lag So much you probably shouldn't be using FLS in the first place But to record this I think he switch to using his computers sound driver, which cause the oscilloscope to slow down, ASIO4ALL or similar third party drivers reduce cpu usage, and as a result the waveform moves faster in the scope, at least I think that's why, could just be driver dependent on how smooth is moves
annoyiorangeisawsome He probably did switch back to default drivers, since he's recording audio and streaming etc. But the lag is probably down to him increasing the buffer size to decrease under runs, downside being is you get latency.
Is it just me or did seamless set some limits to his distorting? This track just sounds a bit cleaner and just better than most of his prev stuff (not quite perfect yet but you're getting here Seam)
The half-time drop is awesome!

Well done, good sir. Well done.
Someone should send this to Robin Beanland.
I've been told he likes it :)
Would be an abomination if he didnt, its crazy good
SeamlessR Beanland sent me actually, just saw his post in my feed! Very nice track btw
I feel like there should be another instance of the B-drop without the vocals, sounded soo good in that one how to bass video..

In a word, awesome

YEEEEES YEESSS YESSSS. I heard this sometime and FINALLY.
Man, are stems for this glorious track available anywhere?
Great work !!!
Wow, dude this is fucking awesome!
I fucking love this track
THIS BEAT IS RARE!!!
When I was first working with the original, I could have sworn the guy was saying "THE MEAT IS RARE" and, like, I don't remember the 90s well enough to have known if that was or was not something someone might have ad libbed on a track ;p
ESPECTACULAR REMIX
Not enough people have heard this amazing remix!!!
Mick Gordon heard it, acknowledged it, and put it on the season 1 soundtrack
Good stuff dude!
Can you do a How to Bass on the plucky bass thing? I'd love to know how to create something like that.
Yes, just yes.
Nice work dude!
That's sick even in 2023
Damn been waiting to hear the final thing since the how to bass episode. Damn this is fucking bad ass

second drop is badass
How do I make those atmospheric arps (at the beginning)?^^
Is there a tutorial?
Well, found it but have no idea how to do this in ableton.^^
Good remix
Thx for the tutorial :D Very nice track!
SOMETIME CHORDS FTW
This one has to be my favorite track of yours :)
A little cheesy with the vocals, but it's great (:
Robin Granqvist It's a remix, he didn't really have a choice with the vocals.
ElMoShApPiNeSs Well yeah, you're right.
amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing
Seamless this is so good :)
How do you get FL to scroll through the song like that? My autoscrolling feature just jumps and isn't smooth like that.
nice remix!
So because of that sub button do you now get that intro on all your videos? Cause I don't remember it being on this one
Please make remixes of TJ Combo and Orchid. I’m sure they will be epic AF.
Отличный ремикс)
This is amazing. I am alittle sad that you kept out "this beat is real!" I feel there were a few moments that would have benefited from it. That is just a silly side note. Either way it's freaking awesome.
is it "rare"? oh my bad. it makes sense.
any chance we can get midi and wav's to remix it as well?
The chords sound like something Knife Party would make. :P Great song!
This is amazing. I love the original too lol basically the same
Love dat half time shit!
You have setted down the quality of the oscilloscope, haven't you? Because sometimes the picture seems to stand? Or is that the right waveform?
when you make tracks as huge and complex as Seamless' you're bound to run into lag lol
Well I think you can generally set the quality of all the animations, so I thought he setted it down to prevent lags :D
CooxyLP
You'd have to have a pretty shit computer for a simple line moving crazily to lag
So much you probably shouldn't be using FLS in the first place

I like this song. Should be the closing song of Killer Instinct, perhaps a possible Session 3. =D
dope
Nice Vocal Mix :)
+SeamlessR it would be awesome if this was played in nightclubs
Best part of the track 2:55
Awesome SeamlessR
Best part 0:00 - 4:33

You used a lot of "LV_Impact" samples. What is it?
Black Octopus Leviathan.
Joe71poke Thanks!

THE RUclips VERSION IS BETTER THEN THE MP3 DOWNLOAD, CAN YOU FIX WAV OR FLAX FILES PLEASE?
Hey seamless, i would like to watch one of your livestreams some time. What time do you stream at and what day?
Read the video description
You could watch them right now.
He switched to Twitch recently and Twitch archives all streams so you can watch them at any time

Where is "The 'R' Is Silent" :(
That B drop though...
Reminds me Stream Dream :D
AWESOME :))
Wow, nicely done! Will this be on your EP/Album?
amazing o.o
90s bruhhhh
Is it just me or did seamless set some limits to his distorting? This track just sounds a bit cleaner and just better than most of his prev stuff (not quite perfect yet but you're getting here Seam)
In general I roll back on stuff that has vocals.
See I almost think this track could have used some more distortion. Just seems fitting with those vocals to me.
KILLA GROVE!
I feel like the spoken parts should be stretched a little longer. Just a thought.
so similar to that track you did with veela that comes with fl
