Well, it's official, this quest has been changed in the game as well. I don't get why Ubisoft made so many changes to side quests 3 months into release. You should mark your video as outdated so that people don't go crazy. The new location is Three Brothers way NE of Ste Anne

how do I find the map it says to return to relics of the past

When you speak to the NPC who gives you the quest, you should have received the sea people clue in your Cargo that you need to examine which is the map.
