      I was trying to match the speed to the original reference (a scene from Spongebob); originally the animation was faster, but after finishing the frames and comparing to the og I was referencing I slowed the frame rate down a bit. I liked how it moved originally, but at the time I was going more for accuracy to a specific meme and I wasn't planning on working on it for more than a day.

      (Sorry for two comments but yt is being buggy and won't let me add on to my last comment lol) Looking back on this now it is just a tad TOO slow. I can't remember if that's all my fault or just the limitations of my software, lol. But I might go back and return this one to it's original frame rate, and post that as a gif idk
