Bass approves of Skid Row and is officially approved by all politicians: Skid Row was established by city officials in 1976 as an unofficial "containment zone," where shelters and services for homeless people would be tolerated-it is not a housing problem; it's an epidemic of the mentally ill, which includes drug addiction. - let's see if Bass gets a clue for skid row? Tiny Homes, LMAO 911 calls are on the rise at the TINY HOMES and, both sections 9.41 and 9.58 authorize the removal of a person who appears to be mentally ill and displays an inability to meet basic living needs, even when no recent dangerous act has been observed. These laws and many others need to be beefed up and created by politicians/lawmakers but Ronnie closed all the hospitals cuz of the millions of dollars of abuse lawsuits.
I used to live in Southern California 20 years ago. I made okay money, but it cost me every penny I made to live there. A lot of people move there and have no idea what it costs to live anywhere close to the beach. People become homeless, start doing drugs, and become trapped in "paradise." Alcohol and drug use causes a lot of the mental health issues. The solution to this problem is complicated. I say, don't move to Southern California unless you are wealthy. I feel bad for everyone affected by the homeless crises. ❤ 💙
It's not just California. We have these exhibitions here in Toronto, the mentally ill get to chose their treatment, no residential facilities, a few group homes (wait listed for years). There needs to be a framework to incarcerate the ill, make sure they are protected, cared for. This is NOT a police matter.
Thank you posting great videos. Tired of videos about the fires.
BELIEVE IT OR NOT DATS ME SOMEBODY BAILED ME OUT

Health requires treatment but mental health is ignored. These people are in need of residential care.
Mentally ill because of drugs
THATS RIGHT
Mayor Bass needs another billion to "house the homeless" as its our moral responsibility to get people off the street!
Now that the mental case is on your guy's side of the street, he's your problem "tag You're it"😆

What camera are you using; the image so bright?
California is bright, unless it is a cloudy or foggy day. Most days are VERY bright.
I'm sure Trump can appoint this guy for Secretary of something in his cabinet.

I hope you are proud of your city, California is a way different place than one. I knew it in the 80s it is dying.

People do care. The problem is the ill have the right to refuse treatment.
