I enjoyed this video more than all the rest. He made it all work together for an elegant, rustic look. And living on an island where you can look over the water on your veranda while you sip your tea or have dinner, you have it all.
you could really improve your channel by adding english subtitles as well as closed captioning, also showing the entire job not just part of it. a nice walk threw of completed project would be great as well.
I would be very leery of the floors on the upstairs, too bouncy due to the wide bracing gaps, I can't imagine it being able to stand the weight of furniture! Beautiful location and really good bones to work with in overall remodeling!
Why don’t you have a better container to carry the dirt in? It seems like extra work to me.😃🇺🇸it is looking good.. what a great view! What about a break? You work too hard! Where are the animals?

He's a hard working fellow! I think the old bed would have been better if he had sanded it down and painted! U guys have beautiful old furniture and some of these homes were very elegant in the past. It will be again when he finishes it! What country are you in?
Technická poznámka. Proč nejdřív vymaluje a pak začne zametat. Nejdřív udělá přízemí a potom začne shazovat nepořádek z patra. :( Schody připevňuje ze z hora místo ze spodu.:( Přidělává si spoustu práce, úplně zbytečně.
Mr Wu….you really need to invest in a sharpening tool for your very dull implements and a good 😂wheelbarrow. It sure would save your back over and over again……also a good dust mask to protect your lungs.t

This place was the perfect set up for a pressure washer deep clean 😂imagine the yard , the fence, the steps, even the inside floors 😮

For a good paint finish ensure the surface is smooth and all the cracks are filled especially the corners, taking it all the way to the floor

If he wants a rich colour on those wood floors then a strong black tea to wash the floors overtime they will soak up the colour.

he needs a small chain saw and paid workers an.d a leaf blower and a power washer
