Thanks for the video I noticed you’re advocate of dividend investing however these US stocks dividends are applicable to 30% taxation so do you’ve a suggestion how to hedge this deduction? Or in this app dividend isn’t taxed
Baraka is good for someone starting and not going beyond around 50K USD in total US stocks investments. Once you go beyond this, it makes sense to move to Irish domiciled ETFs where the tax rate would be 15%. However, in those cases too, the regular stocks would still cost you 30% tax on dividends. If it's a 6% profit on 50K USD investment - which is around 3k USD, the tax would be 450 @ 15% compared to 900 USD @ 30%. So yes, the tax rate is high, but transaction costs and transfer fee eats up a lot of capital on small levels. So there should be a balance.
Dear Viewers, The minimum withdrawal amount is $25, to cover the withdrawal fee. All withdrawals from your baraka investment account will only be in U.S. dollars. A flat fee of $25 will however be charged by our broker's bank for all withdrawals.
Hello Wali, thanks for your videos , they are very useful. Could you you please clarify that the dividends earned by non-US investors in US stock market are subject to 30% tax. When I bought ETF on Baraka, it gave me this message. Appreciate if you share your thoughts, Thanks.
Hi wali bro, My first question:what is the best platform for expats living in saudiarabia to invest in usa platform? Second question: I am having an option to use my brother’s credentials living in USA, can i create an account on his credentials and operate from saudi to buy and sell stocks? What are pros and cons of doing that? Whats is the platform you recommend in that case? Thanks
I won't say operating on your brother's credential is a wise move. It will depend on how much do you want to invest and for how long - Baraka is good for most cases if you are investing from KSA but some factors need to be taken into consideration.
@@WaliKhanEnglish I am in Oman. I want to invest in MSX. But here process is very lengthy. Is there any investment plan for Pakistanis working in Oman, so that they can hold positions for long time, even if they will never come back to Oman?
Sir you don’t like to tell the major part. I have seen all your videos related to sarwa and baraka. I was expecting you will tell us about the core things like how many trades we can make on baraka ? If there is 1USD/Trade then is it possible that we can make multiple trades in a day ?
There are no limits to buying and selling on baraka. However, PDT designation rules do apply. In order to protect your investments, the FINRA has limited same day buy and sell transactions of the same stock to 4 trades per 5 working days. In order to bypass this, you will need to top up your account with a minimum of $25,000 in equity. Please head over to our PDT article to understand more. Is there any application through which can we make multiple trades in a day without commissions like sarwa ? Coz gathering 25K USD is merely too difficult 😣
I withdrawal amount of money 123 $ but i don't get my withdrawal amount. And money returned to my account only 68$ .i contact baraka team they don't give any answer.so what to do next step.please tell anyone where is the brach
