Awesome riding Josh! That sand battle was intense. We were out riding the mountain single track and stopped on the course to watch the pros go through. We were at the 53:00 mark on your video cheering you on!
Josh, the first 5 minutes or so of that start could be a video game, it just doesn't seem real to be able to carry that kind of speed over that terrain and none of you are backing off. Thanks for posting
Actually he's standing still in the earth is revolving underneath him? Because what I'm seeing in this video is virtually impossible! LOL! Awesome skills now I have to watch every single video this guy made!
Thank you for wearing a GoPro 🙏🏻 just plugged mine in to find the files corrupted, glad to be able to relive the course through your footage. That pace through the dunes is insane!! You reeled them in so quick ✊🏻✊🏻✊🏻
Hey Josh. Youre a brilliant rider. I saw a few insane riders pass you in those little trees, every single guy that passed you in there was riding fast enough to get hurt seriously. Thats a good way to get a broken arm or leg. You're kind of like the James Bond of riders out there. I'm going to be 67 and I still ride off-road. A friend that i used to ride with was Kevin Bise from Mattawa Washington where they held the Mattawa 100 won the race beating almost 2000 riders. The stump jumpers MC put that on. I rode in a poker run next to Malcolm Smith one time probably about 25 years ago. I was on a 83 Husqvarna and he was on a brand new KTM. Everybody was crashing on this boulder-strewn hill. I rode up it and almost broke a leg. I looked over to my right and there was Malcom watching me and he wasn't flailing around even though the rocks were the size of basketballs. He was kind of watching me but mostly he was looking at my bike because I don't think he had ever seen one like that before. I had sanded down and painted the frame robin egg blue. I put new plastic on it and a big desert tank and I had a lot of fun with that bike. When it was properly set up i hit a huge washout and a five foot wall on the other side, the husky just took it in stride. Keep making videos, you give back alot to so many riders.
JOSH KNIGHTER AWESOMENESS GREAT VEDIO WHERE DID YOU HV MOUNTED HOW RECLUSE CLUTCH ? SO SO MANY MEMORIES OF THE 4 TIMES I RACED SAGE RIDERS !!! THANK YOU !!!
Where is this, sooooo much sand then sage; where I road it's hard sand mountains in the desert, and shale on the slopes, open PUCKER bushes, occasional dry lake, this is great
@@rikkiroxx1430 We race all types of terrain. Foam inserts completely eliminate the possibility of flat tires. Yes tubes can have more traction but in off-road racing you will inevitably get flat tires. We have been running foam mousse inserts for years.
Hands down the coolest start ive seen in a yr plus! Just on rails catching everyone.

This is the best camera angle, I ride and watching this really feels like I'm riding, I catch myself kinda twisting the throttle on my couch🤟😁
Some of the most epic racing on RUclips. You guys are bananas and it’s awesome 😎🤟
Yet another very impressive ride! You held off Wasson for quite awhile and never took a tumble...
Time for Best in the Desert and SCORE, young man!

First 12mins was like Red Bull Straight Rhythm..wow!!
looking good. what was weird noise in that first rocky creek bed. look like you lost power or something??
Awesome.footage! Those random markers wouldn't be enough for me! I'd get soo lost haha
What a great race. Wouldn't mind riding that at my own pace.
That looks fun and sketchy
That was wild!
This guy is a great rider.... damn...
Dude how did your go pro battery last that long???? Mine would NEVER give me this much footage in a single recording.
That’s how fast he is actually riding lol so fast a charged GoPro will actually last lol
Stuck in a gear, i'm guessing 4th....?

2ft of snow outside. I brought my bike into the living room and rode this race in front of the tv 😂
Any time the Honda guy’s back tire got off the ground “rev limiter”
Just curious but... What would your tire pressure be in this kind of race???
We run foam Mousse inserts. No tubes. www.rockymountainatvmc.com/tires-and-wheels/nuetech-nitro-mousse-standard-progressive-platinum-foam-tube-p
@@ridewiththeknights Interesting... How does that affect your ride in comparison to just airing down for sand?

Josh have you pre run the course
We have ridden here for 20 years. I know every trail out there.
@@ridewiththeknights I got to ride there once. Epic terrain!
any chance anyone has this ride on Strava?
Very nice
Epic
Sketchy pass at the cattle guard
My thoughts exactly, I thought that honda was done for! But he ate that cattle guard like it was nothing 😳
SOOO SO FAST BRAAPPPP
0:36 that guy got bucked
The funny thing is that is Josh's "little" brother Ben :)
You know that was a joke I literally mean they were riding horses
WTF DID I just watch.... That was a low flying plane right??
Less than 100 years ago you had one or two horsepower if you were lucky LOL
