  • The day I got accepted into Georgetown was a bit weird, as I actually opened my acceptance letter in a parking lot. I promise that there was a good reason! In reality, I was just so nervous that I didn’t want anyone to be around me. Because I was convinced that I wouldn’t get into Georgetown, I actually parked my car outside of an ice cream place so that I could immediately eat my feelings as soon as I got a rejection. So, imagine my surprise when I opened my letter and learned I had actually gotten in!
