Звичайно захист потрібен був не всюди !...особливо в кабінетах Київа і інших міст, подалі від ЧАЕС, де "ліквідатори" з'являлись як вірус. Я був штатним працівником ЧАЕС з 1983 року.Працював в ЦЦРі. Пройшов всю аварію, і знаю про що пишу.Жодна влада не профільтрувала всих ліквідаторів. На те є причина....
