Ingredients :
1. 3tbsp coriander seeds
2. 3tbsp funnel seeds
3. 3tbsp cumin seeds
4. 1tbsp clove
5. 1tbsp cardamom
6. 5 gm star anise
7. 10 gm cinnamon
8. 2tbsp yellow mustard seeds
9. 2tbsp poppy seeds
10. 2tbsp kasuri Methi
11. 10-15 bay leaves
12. I0-15 dry red chilli
Dry raast all masala step by step and grind.
