These are not bi-level. They are multi-level. There is a difference.

In most videos I've seen it's bi-level. There's also new ones on order.

@ThePhillyBuff Bi level refers to a different type of Bombardier coach. This is not it.

The only Bombardier Bi-Levels I've seen were on Tri-Rail in Florida a few years ago.
