Below is my suggestion on how to securely allocate your first 100k to grow it even more. 5,000 - Insurance (Medical for Single, Life for Married) 35,000 - Savings/Emergency Fund (Open a savings account) 30,000 - PagIBIG MP2 30,000 - Index Fund (ETF) or COOP Savings Fund (10-12% interest rate) Hopes that helps!

100k even its total zero capital there's no difference, u just need to convince urself to make things work no matter what happen and start to look for problem and try to solved it.

As a young single professional, I would probably save the 50% in digital bank for EF and 50% in MP2. Not planning to provide a fraction to free-to-spend fund since I do not even have a life being an office boi. Sad. I need financial independence soon. Lol.

Other expenses, of course, will be shouldered by my monthly salary. Or any video na dedicated mismo on investing SAFELY. I noticed that you briefly discussed basic principles on safely investing money in some of your videos. Kaya lang palagay ko it would be better if you could dedicate an entire episode for that haha. Pero sabagay parang masyadong malawak rin siya na topic. The SEC recently conducted a webinar on this. just an advice..Once you reach 100k 200k 500k and so on, you should be more careful with your money on how to spend it. Ang mentality kase nung iba lalong nagiging careless habang lumalaki ang pera. Then boom, poof it's gone. Anyway, I am in my early 30s now and I always feel good whenever I see young people like you doing their fair share of investing game instead of being in the YOLO moment everyday. Even those fresh grad hires in our office, I always encourage them to invest and I am happy that some of them are really into it.
So ganun pala, when I made my first 100k. I gave it to my mom to help rebuild the house. My bank account was literally 529.16 pesos left. I knew it was not practical to give it all. This is good. Am already 25 now and I learnt my lesson already. Not everyone deserves to be a part of our circle. It’s a given that we should share our blessings to our family but that doesn’t mean we have to work hard for them always . There’s just so much that we can do. Anyways am still saving up around 20k per month and am planning to move out for good. It’s hard to earn considering that am from a very poor family. It’s a balancing act.

As a young single professional, I would probably save the 50% in digital bank for EF and 50% in MP2. Not planning to provide a fraction to free-to-spend fund since I do not even have a life being an office boi. Sad.

Para for education purposes din sa mga tao sa mga dapat maiwasan. It is no secret that a lot of people still fall for ponzi and pyramiding schemes na illegal. Or any video na dedicated mismo on investing SAFELY. I noticed that you briefly discussed basic principles on safely investing money in some of your videos. Kaya lang palagay ko it would be better if you could dedicate an entire episode for that haha. Pero sabagay parang masyadong malawak rin siya na topic. The SEC recently conducted a webinar on this. Kaya lang their presentation is not as lively as yours. Maybe they can learn a thing or two from you haha. Although maganda din naman yung kanila. just an advice..Once you reach 100k 200k 500k and so on, you should be more careful with your money on how to spend it. Ang mentality kase nung iba lalong nagiging careless habang lumalaki ang pera. Then boom, poof it's gone.
Anyway, I am in my early 30s now and I always feel good whenever I see young people like you doing their fair share of investing game instead of being in the YOLO moment everyday. Even those fresh grad hires in our office, I always encourage them to invest and I am happy that some of them are really into it.

This is good. Am already 25 now and I learnt my lesson already. Not everyone deserves to be a part of our circle. It’s a given that we should share our blessings to our family but that doesn’t mean we have to work hard for them always . There’s just so much that we can do. Anyways am still saving up around 20k per month and am planning to move out for good. It’s hard to earn considering that am from a very poor family. It’s a balancing act.
