The indicated airspeed (IAS) while climbing out above FL100 would be somewhere around 280-290 (not near the Vmo of 360 knots of IAS) of knots until you reach Mach 0.82 at least, which will be achieved around FL300 depending on the outside air temperature. From then onwards, adjust your IAS and climb rate to maintain Mach 0.83 to 0.85 until you reach your cruising altitude.

At roughly 2000ft I normally switch on autopilot, then I chill 😆😅, anway thanks for the tips , will try incorporate it in the flights 👍🏿

I recommend having some power like maybe around 20-30% on final approach so you can flare and don't stall right onto the runway. good flight

I try to aim being within the landing speed, sometimes its tricky but I try anyways, thanks for tip

Ya, that's very true. However, in this simulator the aerodynamic drag profile of the aircraft is so low (unrealistic), that with even 0% thrust the plane was maintaining Vref + 8 knots (121+8 = 129 knots) on the glideslope. Applying 20-30% thrust will make the approach unstabilized in this case.
