If you think Dodoro has won every trade he's ever done then you have no idea. Take into consideration all the trades he hasn't been able to pull off because he's so stubbornly stupid
knowing what my team missed out on in 2002, just to get a player beyond his prime, was always a terrible call, even though all the other teams didn't want to touch Carey with a ten-foot pole, and if anything the Crows never really got anything out of it.
Brisbane worst trade in 1999? Two years later they won their first flag of the three in a row and played off for a fourth, i'm sure they are livid with that worst trade..... No disrespect to Giansiracusa who was a decent enough player but I think Brisbane sleep quite comfortably probably using the 01, 02, 03 flags to form a nice thick quilt.
When jokes are made about Essendon not winning a final for 22 years perhaps Dodoro was focused on the wrong outcome in terms of preserving his reputation instead of finding players that would win premierships.
Cameron Wood to Collingwood for pick 14 Was a massive overspend even at the time I could've told them at the time as a 15 year old. 2 years later, for the same price, we got an already established Darren Jolly, which was an example of what a first rounder is worth a champion, not a Cameron Wood who wasn't in Brisbanes best 22
pick 4 became pick 2 after the AFL took away Carltons picks but they did it after we did the trade.... thus fucking us ... typical AFL changing the rules and making shit up as they go which affected everyone but the deal was already made.
WCE didn’t trade pick 17 for Grundy though. The player who happened to be taken with the pick is by the by, because you are making a lazy assumption WCE would’ve drafted the same player. To do these comparisons credibly you need to only assess was pick 17 too much for Wellingham (yes)
To be fair to Freo Luke McPharlin played over 200 games & was one of the best Key backs of his era, not a total complete loss at least in that trade.

Exactly right
That’s why he’s been list manager since 1998
its called a joke.
@VCS7083 he has been there since the late 80s
2:58 I wonder what Fremantle would of been like with Sam Mitchell and Luke Hodge
Luke Hodge is shit, we (Freo) don’t accept him. We have no need for a mid fielder who averages under 20 disposals and a tackle or smother a game.
And Mitchell went to WCE , so he’s definitely a no
how is the dayne beams trade back to collingwood not here
What about Jack Bowes and Pick 7 for a Future Third

I guess 1999-2004 wasn’t that great for AFL clubs front offices
Saints got absolutely shaftered with the Lovett trade
Why dont you make a video about the worst trades that are about to happen.

half these trades arent bad, they just drafted poorly. Also research and accuracy really poorly done here
Brisbanes worst trade was trading Jack Crisp and pick 5 which was De Goey for Beams
Adelaide traded pick 4 not pick 2 for carey
pick 4 became pick 2 after the AFL took away Carltons picks but they did it after we did the trade.... thus fucking us ... typical AFL changing the rules and making shit up as they go which affected everyone but the deal was already made.
Ottens wanted out, it's not like it was a choice by the tigers.

You've stuffed a few years up in this video
