Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re in the area! The owners are super friendly also. There’s also several other places nearby opening up. You can find tons of geodes just a few hours drive north also. Thanks so much for checking it out Rob!

Yeah I was planning on being there Saturday and getting Bryan in the video more but stuff came up. He was actually right beside me when Matrix was there but I was more interested in completing that challenge to find something than get him on film 🤷🏻♂️😂 It’s always cool seeing Bryan and I think I really scored on that one piece. Probably gonna polish the back of that in the future.

Yeah man! Some fantastic finds! I did alright but I should’ve been digging more. I’m super happy with the one piece I found though. That one alone was worth the trip for a day
Yes you definitely live up to your name you do find the best stuff there my favorite is the one that has all the agate on the back of love the agate there I just love agate period lol thanks for a great video

Great finds, my friend! I so wish I could have come to this dig, but unfortunately had a show that I already committed to go to that weekend. One of these days I'll get out there! The stuff from Haunted Ridge is very beautiful, and pretty diverse in what it's like in coloring and formations...really cool.
Yeah man! The individual crystals are generally small but there’s some LARGE pieces. Some people complain because they’re expecting Arkansas 🤷🏻♂️ whatever. Almost infinite variety in the formations also. Some interesting combo minerals too. Yeah you gotta come sometime! I’m hoping to get down your way this spring.

Yeah there’s probably more there somewhere but… I say we just wait for the next big rainstorm and then check all the dig areas this spring. Maybe try some wall digging on root beer hill. Man I saw some nice plates come outta there!

Hey there! My family and I plan to visit this location when they open. What tools would be needed to bring, if any?
I like to bring a rock hammer for digging and prying and some other pry bars. Nothing too fancy. You can find a good amount just looking around and surface collecting. Wet weather is actually easier for digging but it is messy so prepare for that
