Any advice for the Salt rock Balito area? I just want to get something bigger than the hand size spot tails... i usually only just go surf fishing in march/April

Sir i cant understand English very well. So i want fishing(catfish)in dams so where to i fish near water outlet gates or middle at the water?
And another question is catfish exists in deep water or normal deep water(40-50ft)?
Last question is catfish baits throw bottom of the water or floating into the water i.e only tie with sinker and bait to the hook and throw? Or other else?
