I found this move to be almost always successful, especially with adding three and four punch combos with another repeat of the same move. . Thanks coach

This adult video and you articulated this very well my former boxing coach tried to teach us this but he couldn't articulate this as well as you have and he was a former pro boxer. You broke this down and made it very simple to understand. That's probably why you've trained some of the best fighters in the world

    Hey coach
I’ve seen you cover slips and pulls.
But I’ve seen a video here on RUclips where naoya Inoue and his manager show technique
And basically he counters the right hand by turning clockwise with the right hand while simultaneously throwing his left hook and then folllowing up with a right uppercut
I was wondering if you knew any other maneuvers similar to this?
I’ve seen slips, pulls, rolls, dips but I’ve never really seen people turn to slip the punch while throwing there own
If you could cover some defensive moves and counter that involve turning with the punch in order to avoid it and land a counter that would be great!

      Thanks for the reply coach!!!
The video is titled “Inoue & Ohashi’s Favourite Counter” here on RUclips.
I’m not sure if RUclips lets us post links.

Hey coach, I have my first fight coming up next month. I’ve trained and prepared well, I’m at that point where I can spar multiple rounds with other amateurs and hold my own.
But my problem is I still feel really anxious and terrified to get in the ring and do it in front of a crowd. When I was young I used to get really anxious during my volleyball/soccer/basketball tournaments to the point I’d freeze up on court. I’m scared this might happen during the fight and I’ll get my ass kicked.
Do you have any advice I can do to get over this?

Its a matter of your mental state and preparedness, maybe youd be less scared if you imagine and shadow box?
