I think as long as you have good balance and a good partner to support you while you are studying then you can have a relationship and career at the same time😊❤ no matter what you should always take a chance with everything. Love, career, travel, just life in general ❤

Sometimes a Pinay may have to put employment first as an overseas worker to support the family unit. Unfortunately, Life is not always sunshine and puppies.
Overseas workers tend to be in the public eye as well, so that really helps their dating scene. That is how my neighbor met his Filipino wife. She was working for a catering company in the U.S.A. and that is how he met her. They have been happily married for years here in the U.S.A.!

I sacrifice love, and my family is my biggest mistake. We only live on this earth once, and tomorrow is not promised to any. Love and family are the most important things in life. What I’m seeing in this video is that a lot ofFilipina’s Are going to make the same mistake that western women have already made. They are beginning to get away from being a traditional woman. They need to understand that the best of their adult years are in their 20s, not 30s or 40s. A woman doesn’t need to have a career if she knows how to choose a great man(KING).. The problem is that.Filipinas don’t know how to choose a great man. Filipinas have a great wifely characteristics but need to only give it to that man that is truly worthy and not so easily given it to a man because he’s her. Those characteristics in today’s modern time is so special and rare, which also means that they are like a delicacy. It is sad to see it, but I will say it, the Philippines is going to lose itself.

Hi Dear Annie! Nice to see you again! I’m thinking the career or traditional family path depends on where the young lady is in life. Educated or not, well to do or not. How she was brought up by her folks. If the family is in need of assistance? These things can play into the future for a young lady. From what I see in the province where we stay most of the fellas are coming over to have a last chance at happiness and family. Most are divorced have grown kids from first American wife. Now they have time to enjoy having a young family and a more laid back life style. If I was a single older fella I would move to the Philippines and be happy with my young family. My wife was a nurse when we met so she had a career already started so I supported her working, she loves her job still does. I’m retired and enjoy my hobbies. Life is good, we have two grand kiddos, one in Hawaii and one in England. I thank the LORD for HIS blessings on us! Thank you Annie for sharing your life with all of us. Hi Annie. My input on this is the age of a woman. Children are healthier to birth for a woman under the age of 30. Finding a husband and having children at the age of 40 is extremely difficult. To combine these would be a better choice.
It's always career, since money supports the family and the family is why Filipinas work it is a career of love, same if she gets married and is a homemaker, again a career of love. Only very few jobs are worth sacrificing love or a family for, and even then if you're smart about it you won't have to. I would guess that if you asked them if they could be a homemaker if money was not an issue there would be more who choose to be wives and have children, as long as they know their immediate family and parents and siblings are good also. In America we are conditioned to work for stuff and are told that stuff will make us feel better, all that ever happens is you buy those things and are released from that compulsion to buy. Contentment would be the end of capitalism.

There probably is no wrong answer to this as it would be up to the individual to decide what is best for them. I do agree with you and the compilcated girl and the last girl. If you have a good partner he will support you in having your career. A relationship should be 50/50 so if she wants to have a career he should support her and help here with the every day chores and other things. It might not always be easy but if two people really love each other you can make it work. Keep smiling and stay safe

Or would she value & respect the foreign guy enough, to also pay towards things in a new relationship & going forwards? In the UK, many women who are working, pay in the relationship...a 50/50 relationship. A respectable woman doesn't expect the guy to pay all.
