I love fingerless gloves I got a pair of fingerless gloves and there pretty and they have colors on them and when you take them outside it glitters and shine.
thanks so much for the pattern, long I have been looking for a cooler solution of fingerless gloves I need to wear against pain due to arthralgia. finally less obvious gloves and I can make them in many colors!!!! black pair already made 😄
If your lace is made from polyester or some other synthetic material, it doesn't really want to suck much color in. Also if you wash it the tiny bit of color you got washes away quite easily. Cotton, viscose, bamboo and other natural materials usually work the best when it's about dying.
justthinking out loud here.. Could you make lace gloves?? Say if there is a formal.. And it is mardi gras and you watched this and want them,,, Glue lace... Would it work?

Depends on your lace. If it was thicker you probably could but it should only last about a few hours or a day if you are wearing it all day.
You may have to make sure they open on one side for example with a ribon because the glue would not be stretchy.
