    Absolutely great stretch of river. Love leaving the boat behind for these days. Great video. I live in Oakridge.
    Keep posting, I'll keep watching.

    The further up the mountain you go the better the fishing is eventually it will take you to cougar reservoir and over to Mackenzie highway

    Beautiful river. Looks like a mix of rainbows and cutts, yeah?

      Yeah, definitely a gorgeous river...and I didn't even check out the crazy beautiful lower section that is popular with the kayakers on this day I was there. But yeah, these are rainbows and cutts. Might be a cuttbow in there, maybe even a steelhead smolt.

    Nice edit dude! I try to get over there at least once a year on a mountain bike/fly fishing trip.

      Thanks!
      That's awesome. I read it's a GREAT area for mountain biking! I hope to hit this river at least once this summer (probably late summer).
      Thx for watching!

    I love that river! Can you tell me how far up river from the covered bridge you were?

    • @dynamicphotography_
      @dynamicphotography_  3 года назад +2

      I love it too! Several years ago I caught some big wild rainbows that put these trout in this video to shame. I know there in there.
      I was mostly around 4 to 5 miles up. I bounced to several spots when I wasn't getting any action. I'm hoping to hit it again this summer at least once.

      @@dynamicphotography_ I'm sort of glad this video doesn't have a lot of views because the North fork is pure heaven and not a lot of people know about it other than locals

      Covered bridge? That far up?
      Put the bong down and re-watch.

      I can trust what you're saying is TRUE because it is apparent that you know "small things".
