- Mohammed bin Rashid approves ‘Dubai Master Plan for Public Beaches’
- New Plan, which forms part of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, aims to increase length of public beaches by 400% by 2040.
- Plan includes opening of new public beaches and the development of existing ones.
- Length of Dubai public beaches will increase from 21 km to 105 km; initial phase of new Plan aims to add 54 km of public beaches.
- Services offered on public beaches will increase 300% by 2025.
-‘Dubai Master Plan for Public Beaches’ features opening of Jebel Ali Public Beach and the development of Al Mamzar Public Beach.
- Public beaches across Dubai will have facilities that meet the requirements of people of determination.
- All public beaches in the emirate have received the Blue Flag certification.
His Highness was briefed on Phase I of the Master Plan spanning 54 km of public beaches, which includes the development of the Jebel Ali Public Beach in collaboration with Nakheel. The beach will be developed into an exceptional eco-tourism attraction featuring diverse activities. Mangrove trees will be planted in parts of the beach to boost protection from erosion and preserve marine animal habitats. The beach will have a variety of public services and amenities.
The public beach will also have cycling and pedestrian tracks, aqua sports facilities, rest and recreation amenities, restaurants and food carts, shops and investment outlets as well as family spaces, beach camping and parking areas. A direct public bus route will be launched to link Jebel Ali Metro Station to the new Jebel Ali Public Beach offering direct access for beachgoers.
The public will be able to visit turtle enclosures created at the beach in accordance with global standards for their protection. The enclosure will support nationwide efforts to save and rehabilitate turtle species and return them to their natural habitat, as part of the broader goal of preserving the country’s marine environment.

بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
إِنَّا فَتَحْنَا لَكَ فَتْحًۭا مُّبِينًۭا
لِّيَغْفِرَ لَكَ ٱللَّـهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِن ذَنۢبِكَ وَمَا تَأَخَّرَ وَيُتِمَّ نِعْمَتَهُۥ عَلَيْكَ وَيَهْدِيَكَ صِرَٰطًۭا مُّسْتَقِيمًۭا
وَيَنصُرَكَ ٱللَّـهُ نَصْرًا عَزِيزًا
هُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنزَلَ ٱلسَّكِينَةَ فِى قُلُوبِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ لِيَزْدَادُوٓا۟ إِيمَٰنًۭا مَّعَ إِيمَٰنِهِمْ ۗ وَلِلَّـهِ جُنُودُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّـهُ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًۭا
لِّيُدْخِلَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ جَنَّٰتٍۢ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا وَيُكَفِّرَ عَنْهُمْ سَيِّـَٔاتِهِمْ ۚ وَكَانَ ذَٰلِكَ عِندَ ٱللَّـهِ فَوْزًا عَظِيمًۭا
وَيُعَذِّبَ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ وَٱلْمُنَٰفِقَٰتِ وَٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ وَٱلْمُشْرِكَٰتِ ٱلظَّآنِّينَ بِٱللَّـهِ ظَنَّ ٱلسَّوْءِ ۚ عَلَيْهِمْ دَآئِرَةُ ٱلسَّوْءِ ۖ وَغَضِبَ ٱللَّـهُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَعَنَهُمْ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمْ جَهَنَّمَ ۖ وَسَآءَتْ مَصِيرًۭا
وَلِلَّـهِ جُنُودُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّـهُ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمًا
إِنَّآ أَرْسَلْنَٰكَ شَٰهِدًۭا وَمُبَشِّرًۭا وَنَذِيرًۭا
لِّتُؤْمِنُوا۟ بِٱللَّـهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَتُعَزِّرُوهُ وَتُوَقِّرُوهُ وَتُسَبِّحُوهُ بُكْرَةًۭ وَأَصِيلًا
آمِينْ يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِين

Sheikh Hamdan (فزاع 𝙁𝙖𝙯𝙯𝙖) Mohammed bin Rashid is developing the beaches and establishing a preserve for turtles. Sheikh Hamdan is securing the land area for beach development. The beach areas will be secured with safe housings that will house healthy Dubai commodities that are readily used by visitors who frequent the lush beaches, as planned by Sheikh Hamdan. A secured and safe reserve is being built for the healthy vitality of turtles to live.
