    Enlightening message !!
Mam a lot of times i have heard that it's better to be a master of 1 particular skill or task rather than ordinary at many things - as per the saying goes " Jack of all trades but master of None " so my question was will it be beneficial to work in a small company as a specialist or in a large company as generalist ? In terms of making more money at faster rate bcoz the problem is there is a fixed growth in top companies in a normal routine. So how to break the chain & rules to achieve exceptional growth without getting stuck in age old career ladder corporate system that offers not much to the employees but works for the owners very well..

Thank you for your question! When it comes to specializing in a small company or being a generalist in a large company, both paths have their benefits. Specializing in a small company allows you to become an expert in a specific skill, while being a generalist in a large company exposes you to a variety of tasks and opportunities for growth.
To break free from traditional career paths and achieve exceptional growth, consider continuous learning, networking, and embracing an entrepreneurial mindset. By staying updated with industry trends, building a strong network, and being open to new opportunities, you can create your own path to success.
Remember to align your choices with your skills, interests, and long-term goals. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. I hope this helps!

Hello Heather! How were you able to add the hashtags under your headline and before your contact info? ...where it reflects "Talks about"

Great content as always. A suggestion to stop upspeak. It's a bad habit some do these days where you trail your voice upward at the end of nearly each sentence like it's a question asked with low, approval-seeking tonality. Versus a confidently stated sentence where you finish in a normal and appropriate downward inflection.
Trust me, you'll notice it, now. Your amazing content will be much better received and believed and promoted! ; )
