What an amazing community. I've never seen a stream donate money to pay for random peoples cards. Wish you attended card shows here in Canada! You're a great guy with an even greater community around you. We all appreciate everything you do for everyone in the hobby. I bet a lot of these kids AND adults that are new to the hobby won't forget what a positive attitude you have, and how generous of a person you are! You're making the community surrounding Pokemon & TCG's in general a more exciting, and positive environment. @@jakeolive3220 I chose 151 as my first new set to collect, because of all the original Pokemon I used to love. Opening my first packs tomorrow! :)
But my long term goal is getting a complete dex of gen 1+2 (the two gens I love most) with all the vintage artworks from Base Set to Neo Destiny. Gonna have to pull a couple of big hits, so I can trade them and hopefully afford all the old holo rares I'll have to buy. Definitely a long term project. :D

It’s so heartwarming to me to see you give hope to young Pokémon card collectors with giving them really good deals when you can or just give them a freebie card. Just so their card collecting experience isn’t negative as it could with some card collectors scamming kids. And seeing other card collectors being so sweet to give you cards to give to the kids is just so sweet. You’re such a good role model and inspiration for the card collector community.

I don’t know anything about card collecting, but this popped up on my recommended and I’m flabbergasted by how many walk up and just hand this man cards as gifts! He must be a very special kind person. It’s very cool to see the trading market be more about friends and fun than a strict economy. Makes me want to explore card collecting, thanks for posting!
Man I tell you what, Coop, your influence has spread far and wide. Not just at your local shows or even big ones like Collect a Con. I went to a garage sale in a very small town in Illinois and I asked if they had any Pokemon cards, they said they weren't selling them but their kids collect them and they brought up you and your channel. I was very surprised to hear your name out in basically the middle of nowhere, so of course I gave them some cards I had with me.

Seriously, Coop is the best thing that happened to Pokemon TCG community! And I'm not even a collector, as an artist I just like to enjoy the artwork of the cards and keep the well drawn ones, even if they are worth much.
That being said, I appreciate SO MUCH Coop because he is way less about "cards are an investment" and way more "Cards are a fun hobby to share and meet new people"
J really hoor to go back to the US someday *just* to give Coop some cards to giveaway, give him my Steelix and, hopefully, that he signs my Mewtwo (favorite pokemon since I was a toddler) .
