That's definitely the case. Ador is currently showing that they are doing everything they can to make things better. In the meantime NJs are continually defying their contract by doing everything against Ador. All of this will only benefit in favor of Ador.

Ador is building a case, they have to play it smart and not rush into it, like NJ is doing. Otherwise, they will make the same mistake HYBE made when the drama began, and they rushed to leak info to Dispatch, knowing full well Dispatch is no one's friend. Not only is Ador building a better case, but they are giving the girls time to come to their senses. NJ is digging a deeper hole with every action they take. As someone who deals with the US immigration system on a daily basis, I know how difficult it could be. Hanni needs Ador if she plans to get a new E6 visa with another company because it has to be approved by Ador, the original company that sponsored her. Unless she leaves and applies for a new one, but what company is going to sign them at this point with how they are acting and the $$$$ they would owe Ador. In company terms, they would be a liability more than an asset.

Here’s the thing. Hybe gets underestimated all the time. Fans complain that they don’t do enough. Hybe is all about patience. They like to collect their evidence. I truly believe Hybe and Ador is giving the girls enough rope to……themselves. Every request the girls listed for Ador to comply to are not legal grounds for contract termination. They will learn that in court. What will happen is they will be dealt the uno reverse card. Cause everything they are doing is a breach in contract. Give it time…Hybe doesn’t rush into things. The girls are going to learn the biggest lesson of their lives.

Because their contract has not ended, so they can and must use it. If ADOR/HYBE take those benefits away from the girls, they would be the ones breaching the contract, and if they do, NJ would have proof of ADOR/HYBE mistreating them, and they would have legal evidence to end their contracts. NJ are backstabbing their company, yes, but by doing it, they are just providing more proof of them breaching the contract, and that would be a bigger lawsuit that would destroy them. They are still under contract. They just do the bare minimum to make sure they don't breach it (or what they think is not going to breach it). Publicly they say that it's invalid, but legally they know they still have to follow the schedules ador gives them. They personally can't violate any terms, so they probably think that they could use other staff to break some conditions for them (like their manager trying to sign with advertisers without ador permission).
What surprises me is that the girls can just appear and do contracts (magazine covers) without their agency. If they are still legally bound or still under contract, aren't the companies supposed to go through the agency first? Aren't they (Vogue, CBS, etc) not thinking of possible legal issues by by-passing the agency?

They legit think that their contract is invalid so that's why they feel justified to do so. Even though legally it's still in position. Although they probably think that they can't make deals personally since the contract only applys to them, so they will use others (like their previous manager) to do it for them.
Oh there will be repercussions, the court case is in January. Hybe and ADOR let them make mistakes, and they just don't interrupt them while gathering evidence.

The companies daring to do business without Ador not only open themselves to a lawsuit but can see the doors of all other Hybe artists closed to them. That's a very bad move! Hybe learned with BTS to live without the press and has plenty of companies who would love a spot with their best artists. Instead choosing irrelevant brats is shortsighted and bad business. I believe the girls know they can't win in the end. But by doing media play constantly, keeping their name out there, their individual IPs brand (their own names) increase. NJ can't negotiate with someone while refusing to talk to them. They honestly have to pick whether to act free or not because using Ador's benefits while breaching contract makes it an obvious breach. I may be totally wrong here but I'm thinking that since MHJ knows she's lost big time here that she's deliberately sabotaging those um..not so intelligent girls. Ador is renewing the visa because their stance is that the contract is still valid, and their side of the contract (likely) has that they must continue to provide the tools necessary for Hanni to be employed in SK. Hanni’s side (likely) has that she must be willing to preserve the ability to operate in SK. If Ador didn’t provide the visa renewal, that would be playing into MHJ and NJ’s plan to get Ador to materially breach the contract.
Whatever side you are on in this the scariest part is how it's already become so obvious who their new management will start pandering to to keep the money flowing in. The girls would have had to sign individual contracts first w Source Music and then w Ador to be working w those labels. Hybe is footing the bills esp w Ador. Lots of money was invested in their training. More money than the artists themselves have made back. The artist by signing a contract are saying they guarantee they will work to earn payment for the future support and benefits they will be making use of and that the artist expect from the label. It is a symbiotic relationship to some extent. Ador can always get other artists who would agree to those terms. Bottom line is the parents and artists signed those legal documents saying they understood and agreed to the terms…..REGARDLESS of what they may have been told, they agreed to what was written down in the legal document. The artists/parents agreed to the penalties also. I highly doubt it was written into the contract that the artist would have their every whim fulfilled. Wording and commas are very important in a legal document. If it isn’t specifically in that document the artist has no guarantee that the label has to provide nor do it. And no contract would state that the entirety of HYBE staff and management would have to kowtow to the artist, esp a newbie group w no reputation or guarantee of future earnings.

The vogue session apparently was scheduled by Ador originally. I think Hybe boy (not sure if I saw it in one of his videos) was talking that the session was cancelled and reinstated to fulfill all the commercial/advertising deals that Ador/New Jeans has, otherwise the penalties should have been assume by Ador, so basically they allowed the girls to go by name just to not lose money.

The Korean lawyer that I follow on tiktok had here on RUclips a video that he explained that the thing these 5 dum blonds did wount go throug the court when it comes to the contract and just to say that they have payed there things back to Adore after all they workt. Thank you for digging deep into the business aspect of this. I believe that the bunnies and New Jeans members will only know and feel the impact of this at a later stage. They don’t understand business and how it works. So to them this revolt is so powerful and such a boss move. Bunnies who spend money on these girls have parents that work 9 to 5 jobs with contracts. Some have parents that have the small businesses and rely on contracts and basic business law to bring food on the table. They will all eventually learn. Question to all politicians: Why is it being said on the networks that Suga from BTS will have a 3-year ban for an absolutely artificial and obviously politically motivated scandal? Lee Jaemyung will have a ban after he has 4 convictions and a conviction for drunk driving, not kickboarding? Why is it being said on the networks that this is a COMMON law in Korea? Are politicians in Korea aware that such a law is undemocratic and calls into question democracy in Korea? Both the photo line and the mandatory apology BEFORE there is a court verdict are VIOLATIONS of human rights that are simply disguised as a “cultural feature”! Is this also legally justified? Lee Jaemyung has also received such and should want this to stop! How does he plan to run for president? This is impossible in democratic countries, because it means that tomorrow a fake video could be released even for the president! That's definitely the case. Ador is currently showing that they are doing everything they can to make things better. In the meantime NJs are continually defying their contract by doing everything against Ador. All of this will only benefit in favor of Ador.

Ador is building a case, they have to play it smart and not rush into it, like NJ is doing. Otherwise, they will make the same mistake HYBE made when the drama began, and they rushed to leak info to Dispatch, knowing full well Dispatch is no one's friend. As someone who deals with the US immigration system on a daily basis, I know how difficult it could be. Hanni needs Ador if she plans to get a new E6 visa with another company because it has to be approved by Ador, the original company that sponsored her. Unless she leaves and applies for a new one, but what company is going to sign them at this point with how they are acting and the $$$$ they would owe Ador. In company terms, they would be a liability more than an asset.

Here’s the thing. Hybe gets underestimated all the time. Fans complain that they don’t do enough. Hybe is all about patience. They like to collect their evidence. I truly believe Hybe and Ador is giving the girls enough rope to……themselves. Every request the girls listed for Ador to comply to are not legal grounds for contract termination. They will learn that in court. What will happen is they will be dealt the uno reverse card. Cause everything they are doing is a breach in contract. Give it time…Hybe doesn’t rush into things. Because their contract has not ended, so they can and must use it. If ADOR/HYBE take those benefits away from the girls, they would be the ones breaching the contract, and if they do, NJ would have proof of ADOR/HYBE mistreating them, and they would have legal evidence to end their contracts. NJ are backstabbing their company, yes, but by doing it, they are just providing more proof of them breaching the contract, and that would be a bigger lawsuit that would destroy them. They are still under contract. They just do the bare minimum to make sure they don't breach it (or what they think is not going to breach it). Publicly they say that it's invalid, but legally they know they still have to follow the schedules ador gives them. They personally can't violate any terms, so they probably think that they could use other staff to break some conditions for them (like their manager trying to sign with advertisers without ador permission).
What surprises me is that the girls can just appear and do contracts (magazine covers) without their agency. If they are still legally bound or still under contract, aren't the companies supposed to go through the agency first? Aren't they (Vogue, CBS, etc) not thinking of possible legal issues by by-passing the agency?

The companies daring to do business without Ador not only open themselves to a lawsuit but can see the doors of all other Hybe artists closed to them. That's a very bad move! Hybe learned with BTS to live without the press and has plenty of companies who would love a spot with their best artists. Instead choosing irrelevant brats is shortsighted and bad business. It's also more fuel for a penalty and a lawsuit concluding they are in breach. Never will new artists get as good a deal as they did, because of their actions.

I may be totally wrong here but I'm thinking that since MHJ knows she's lost big time here that she's deliberately sabotaging those um..not so intelligent girls. If she's going down she's taking them with her. They could have gotten out of this mess and went on to have some kind of success and she knows that but she's not going to let that happen. And what about the parents of those girls? Where in the heck are they and why aren't they putting a stop to all of this? In a fair world MHJ would lose everything plus spend a few years in jail. The girls, since they've taken it this far, should have to pay Ador/Hybe the money back for the remainder of the contracts and also never perform again. They can't be trusted. I'm starting to feel that they will all get away with what they've done. Too much has happened and they are all still running around doing what they want. I'm kinda over it already. I just don't want them being able to hurt other groups at any companies....not just Hybe. It's a big mess.
It's all evidence for the court case ADORE/HYBE lawyers will use it all in court they'll keep up their end of the contract and not make a fuss in the media. They are the professionals.

Ador is renewing the visa because their stance is that the contract is still valid, and their side of the contract (likely) has that they must continue to provide the tools necessary for Hanni to be employed in SK. Hanni’s side (likely) has that she must be willing to preserve the ability to operate in SK.
If Ador didn’t provide the visa renewal, that would be playing into MHJ and NJ’s plan to get Ador to materially breach the contract.
Whatever side you are on in this the scariest part is how it's already become so obvious who their new management will start pandering to to keep the money flowing in. The girls would have had to sign individual contracts first w Source Music and then w Ador to be working w those labels. Hybe is footing the bills esp w Ador. Lots of money was invested in their training. More money than the artists themselves have made back. The artist by signing a contract are saying they guarantee they will work to earn payment for the future support and benefits they will be making use of and that the artist expect from the label. It is a symbiotic relationship to some extent. Ador can always get other artists who would agree to those terms.
Bottom line is the parents and artists signed those legal documents saying they understood and agreed to the terms…..REGARDLESS of what they may have been told, they agreed to what was written down in the legal document. The artists/parents agreed to the penalties also. I highly doubt it was written into the contract that the artist would have their every whim fulfilled. Wording and commas are very important in a legal document. If it isn’t specifically in that document the artist has no guarantee that the label has to provide nor do it.
And no contract would state that the entirety of HYBE staff and management would have to kowtow to the artist, esp a newbie group w no reputation or guarantee of future earnings.

The vogue session apparently was scheduled by Ador originally. I think Hybe boy (not sure if I saw it in one of his videos) was talking that the session was cancelled and reinstated to fulfill all the commercial/advertising deals that Ador/New Jeans has, otherwise the penalties should have been assume by Ador, so basically they allowed the girls to go by name just to not lose money.
