I'm glad to hear that you have a play area to bring your son that does cater to his needs. I hope your dog is the okay and it's nothing seriously wrong. I said the premier on t v trying to talk about the fires and she just broke down. It is such a shame but I am glad that nobody has been hurt yet. ❤😊❤

I watched the premier too and almost joined her. They are now saying it's about 30 percent of the townsite which is about 358 buildings lost, others may have smoke damage and stuff but they are still assessing it all. Looks like they were able to keep the hospital, schools and water plant safe so that is some positive there. But still very sad as its a mix of homes and businesses on the one side. 😢 I am hoping it's nothing too serious either with the pupper but she is no spring chicken anymore, she is about 11-12 years old and with the german shepherd it could be her hips, or just her leg or any number of things or maybe just weakness or who knows she could have hurt herself as she still has lots of energy and isn't always the most graceful of dogs. 😂

Hi Tegan, It was great to catch up with again. Stay strong my friend, these down days/weeks will pass. I'm sorry that I've not been commenting lately, but I have been away also. My parents are both in their 90's and while they haven't spoken to me in over 20 years (because I dared to run and hide and eventually divorce an extremely violent man, but apparently their so called "God" didn't approve of leaving a marriage and so neither did they. They wouldn't let me have anything to do with them or the extended family until I went back to him, obviously that didn't happen, therefore I was completely cut off). until now. My much older siblings (I was adopted by them when they were in their middle 60's), are not wanting to help them, so they have finally decided to speak to me and are asking for my help. So I have been away from my home for weeks trying to get their affairs put in order and also trying to organise care for them. This event has been so emotionally draining for me that I have felt unable to cope with any social media (including U-Tube). Any way enough of my shit, I'm here now and am trying to catch up on your videos. Cheers, from Australia.😇

Hi Catherine, So sorry to hear you went through all of that. I can't even imagine how hard that was but I am glad to hear you got away from the violence. I can imagine that helping them now would be a roller coaster of emotions for sure and I hope you are taking some time for self care as that can be alot, not to mention helping organize and doing all that is alot of work in itself in the best of situations. I am glad to see you back and totally understand needing those breaks. 💙💜
