“Had”… upon its release sure but the story mode with Armageddon and multiple timelines messed everything up it ruined the story itself. Gameplay is super unbalanced is made for pro players which is what a handful vs millions of actual customers,there is NO way to predict or block certain attacks and no way to counter certain combos that keel you in the air forever that ALONE has ruined the game experience for me and that’s besides the fact you can’t keep a match active anyway it’s broken then there’s no online rooms no king of the hill no krypt no konquest online as basic as it is doesn’t even work in 2024 when deception in 2004 probably worked better isn’t that sad. Had mk1 HAD all that and none of the problems it has with gameplay and story issues it COULD HAVE been one of the best games but it’s BEYOND BROKEN and flawed out now…I have NO reason to believe they’ll fix any of that when they can’t even fix a desynch issue of connecting online a simple thing In 2024 and they’ve even said they fixed it and haven’t so this game is done for I stopped playing it a while back tried playing it again only to put it back down reminded of why I put it away in the first place it’s like a broken failed relationship you give it another shot to have good faith it’ll workout but only to remember why it didn’t workout I the first place. I’ve been a mk fan since the original mk to mk2-4 its decline with deadly alliance and sort of rise with deception its fall again with armageddon when the series died and its revival in mk9 and mkx see those were great games and while I wasn’t a fan of mk11 its trash to mkx yet its still gold to mk1 due to all mk1’s problems.
They are recycling stuff because every new season will have new stuff. The store is only for people who's too lazy to play invasions or didn't find the time to play invasions. Besides, the seasons will start over after all the characters have their seasons for us to be able to get those skins thru playing instead of purchasing them.

playing tekken 8 then loading up mk1 is nuts.you will notice mk1 is really bare and lifeless.hate to say that but its tru when you compare every thing tekken has.

I thought season 4 was raiden, but even better, Mileena is my better liked kharacter so... Hopefully, there will be Tanya season in the future...
