Very useful for custom settings. Moving from High to Medium preset and some settings with high will be perfect choice for my Vega 64. Cascaded Shadow settings have huge impact on performance.. Keeping them low will boost performance. If you are playing 1440p Dynamic Fidelity FX Cas Min 85 Max 100 will also boost fps without almost no image quality loss

Im literally trying to spot the differences but literally medium and ultra looks the same to me. Even low looks awesome, only problem with it is reflections and shadows
Yes, default settings for reflections in this game, big problem( not to be confused with p), reflections become very granular and dazzled the evil eye, and the picture stanovista dirty and nepriyatnye eye, and if you disable the reflections, the graphics from stanovista prietene eye, and removed the graininess, but there is a downside, there's no reflective surfaces.

Контактные тени распространяются на все мелкие детали в игре, в том числе и на то что я показал, и разница в картинке об этом очень хорошо говорит
