I think it's indicative of the power of martial arts, like a never ending loop, you train your body, and in doing so, you train your mind, and then the cycle repeats as you find your physical and mental limits and discover what it takes to surpass them.

So if you feel happy, feel happy. If you feel grateful, be grateful. Do not think why you are grateful and go in a loop, just "be".
