Carnival At Paradise Point -St. Thomas - USVI

A look at "Carnival" (the celebration, not the cruise line) up at the top of the SkyRide at Paradise Point on St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands. There's a great view up here... but that's not the subject of this video.
