My projecter says fan malfunction everytime I boot it up, do you know how to fix it?

You need it repaired. That means your cooling fan is broken.

How do you get side off to get to the dongle

It’s tricky. I use a plastic tip flathead screwdriver.

You should try contacting BenQ service center and buy it from them. Or try eBay.

I no longer have that projector. Sorry. But of you reset your projector it will revert everything to original
