TVR1A Twin Cylinder Marine Steam Engine.

A short video showing the smooth operation of the Graham Industries TVR 1A twin cylinder marine steam engine. This particular engine features the optional marine flywheel and hexagonal head screws. The engine is built from a “kit”, they almost always run extremely well on low psi settings, they are very economical on steam, hence you don’t need a huge boiler to run them plus they are quite powerful, easily capable of pushing a 40 inch launch with ease at a good speed if you so wish. Unfortunately they are no longer available.
