I’m currently building with the same builder as you and have had the same issues with horrible communication and sooo many delays. I went under contract in early March and will not close until the last week of December. So happy you all are in your beautiful home and have them behind you! Makes me even more excited for what’s to come! Congratulations!
Oh no, I hate that you are going through that! I know how much of a headache it is for you. I hope everything from here is smooth sailing for you and your family. Now that we are approaching a month in our house we look back and see that it all was worth it in the end. Of course we couldn’t see that while we were going through it but it all comes together so beautifully.

My man looks already depressed. Haha.. I can't imagine the emotional and financial trauma that is accompanied with buying/buildinh a new house. This something some of the youtubers don't tell you. This stuff can put your marriage/relationship to a serious test. If after buying a house, you don't have 6-12 months emergency funds left, then you're living just by his grace. Congratulations to you guys.
Thanks for your concern, but he is just camera shy. I enjoy being on camera but it’s new to him which is perfectly fine we will give him as much time needed to feel comfortable with being on RUclips. Also in many of my videos I encourage people to live in their truth and to drown out what different influencers have going on and find what works for them. As for me and my family we are so good financially, mentally, and spiritually. I appreciate you though, God bless!
Congratulations on buying a NEW home for your family! This is a great accomplishment. It important to spend our money on things that contribute to our happiness. You have privacy, space, and a fresh new dwelling and will be just fine. At the point of closing you are qualified and can afford your home. (Just be careful not to overspend beyond this point.) No need to fear, God brought you this far and He will carry you on. Great move!
