Although Tsai was so agile in this game, she was pretty much troubled by Peter's return shots. Such is the deception of peter gade. Really a legend. He wore her down easily while I expected him to be tired easily because of age difference. Absolutely legend he is
The girl is actually not that bad. Guys, she is a GIRL and she faces Peter Gade , one of the four legends in badminton history. Even if the match is at the same level player but there is still huge gap because of gender. You can check out the practice match between Chou Tien-chen and Tai Tzu-ying.
Chis Yu she was once a world champion in junior category tho（just sayin）

its easier to do trick when the pressure is low or none.,

Kristin Tsai made it to quarterfinals at the World Junior Championships so she is pretty good so it shouldn't be so easy for Gade to make trickshots. I think the biggest difference is that gade is a guy and has more power and speed.
@@RxPow I think along with it gade has much more deception in his shots than caught by camera. We don't realize it more often in real match because his opponents (most of them) have played with him multiple times so become habitual of most deceptive shots however Tsai might be playing with him for first time one on one I believe. This would make extremely difficult even for Male players to react.
@@RxPow No power and speed comes very early, actually. What separates the best from the rest is the ability to flow with the game and plan shots well. The physical aspect is always easier to achieve than the mental part.
@@cyrilleyong9615 Yeah, at the higher levels everyone is at their physical peak. But the peak for men and women are different so he has a large advantage.
@@RxPow Idk, I doubt he will go all out against a female player.He definitely doesn't look like it anyway. From my understanding, this is an exhibition match and he's just playing around. The reason I don't think its speed and power is because the winning shots he's landed are not power shots or fast rallies, they're just well placed/planned shots which aren't easy even at pro level.

Can you actually just catch the bird, let it sit on the string and throw it over? I heard before that it has to be one smooth motion but who is it to judge “smooth”. I could have caught it draw a frenkin’ infinite sign a few times before throw it to whoever I want if that’s legal.
Why man service short and woman service long. Can anybody explain?
Not saying in WS it can not happen but in MS chance of getting back sharp smashes on lines are higher for long serve. Little loose serve will harm player with one point immediately.

she's doubles players, going against gade, a legendary singles player. i assure you that if it between you and her on court, your reaction time will be worse than late
@@kweej23 she just finished a tournament earlier actually, so shes dead tired but she volunteered to play him for fun. Not taking away from Peter Gade, hes my idol for singles but Christin was winded and her footwork looks like stereotypical doubles footwork. Lots of rapid shuffling, small strides, and heavy split steps.
