I’m a designer and use all the Adobe programs regularly. I can’t remember if this is a PS shortcut, but it is in Ai. Hold option and click and drag the image you want to duplicate. Much easier when you’re doing it multiple times.

@@SheMeetsCity So I don't have Photoshop but I have an app called PicsArt that I have used for years to edit pictures. It has the option to add a border around my image. Will this work when cutting or do I have to fill it in behind the first layer before cutting? I can't seem to find the layers option in my app.

You'll have to fill it in behind the image, any free app will work e.g. ibis paint, medibang, etc.

I use the sticky note setting so that the cricut makes a kiss cut rather than a die cut of that helps.
In photoshop you can use outer glow to make an even white line around your image. Turn the range and everything all the way down so it doesn’t have a glow effect. It will just have an even line and you can make it as big or as small as you want.

Little tip: If you hold alt (option) and drag an object it quickly duplicates it!

There is a faster way to duplicate the images, click “alt” and drag your image. It automatically creates a duplicate.

Hi Sheena! I really love your videos. I saw that you do your offsets by hand and u don't need to outline your works by hand but instead, duplicate your drawing, put it in alpha lock, then fill it with white. Remove from alpha lock duplicate the layer. then one of the layers you put a gaussian blur and I normally use 13%. then you merge the two layers and you go to the selective tool and choose automatic the and just drag to the right and you will see a blue outline and that will be your offset. Now, just go to brush and brush it all. remember do not remove from selective just clicked the brush tool. I just do it that way but because it gives me an even outline on procreate.

Sheena! to duplicate the layers more easily (in Photoshop), you can just do command + j (if you're on a mac keyboard)! thank you for sharing your knowledge with us, can't wait to see what other things you're gonna put out :)

Select the layer and hit ctrl + j to duplicate. This shortcut makes the entire process a lot faster! :)
So for windows the shortcut is ctrl + j
For mac the shortcut is cmd + j
White outline:
1. Duplicate art
2. Select art and fill it with white
3. Turn up blur
4. Select blur and fill white!!
10x faster then outlining it by hand

I want to thank you so much for making this step by step tutorial. I really enjoy your videos. I can't wait to try it out as soon as I get my craft room set up, because I am in-between moves. I just got all my supplies iPad, pencil, Cricut Maker, Procreate, and the Affinity Set software. I have been watching so many videos. Plus drawing ideas as well as jotting notes on the ones I need to make. Being Creative is such an energy rush.
Thanks so much! Only video I found to show exactly what I was looking for, and seems the easiest way. As far as duplicating, an easy way is to hold alt then click and drag your item. You can also bundle them once you get a few and do the same thing to copy a group at a time. This is how it works in illustrator so i'm not 100% on photoshop but I believe many of their functions are the same.

I'm sure it's been said a few times and this is from a while ago so you might already do this now, but if you hold alt and click and drag your image out it copies, and if you hold shift at the same time, so shift+alt+drag, it will drag it in a straight line either up down or sideways

You can select the image in photoshop and ctrl + c to copy it then ctrl + v to paste it

To duplicate layer on photoshop, click on the layer you want to duplicate then, put your pointer on the clipart, hold down option, when you see double arrow click and drag the clip art or just simply do command + J

I don't know if you can use a TIFF file in the cricut space but I am learning in my design classes that TIFF files give you the cleanest raster file that you can use for print and that maybe something to try out! I just found your channel since I just bought a circuit off a coworker and I am thinking about possibly making some stickers of my own! thanks for making a great tutorial going through all the steps and showing how you do it cause a lot of the sticker videos that get recommended to me don't really go into depth about the process itself
