I'm now pretty convinced this is how Dwarf Fortress builds their worlds and writes their histories.
Making them closer together was a great idea, makes it a lot easier to understand!

Dark cyan does more drills and less expansions to win.
So, do the ants die if they move onto the same square as another ant
They just change the colour to one of their own colours and continue walking. They die once they touch the border of the screen.
@@vlahovivan ok, that makes more sense than what I was thinking
Ohhh i thought they die if they do the repeating pattern
maybe you could use this as an algorithm to generate game maps
Might be neat to add an after glow of each Ant's path.
