I have to say whilst the new set is nice and it looks modern, it’s very interviewy rather than a couple mates having a chat, the previous one was a bit darker and it was like a couple mates round a table chatting, this is very gameshowy I just hope stevie and jack can keep having the banter like it was before
the title card bit is way too loud. can yous either make the rest of the video louder or make that bit quieter

Lots of comments on the set, I really like it but if you want some constructive feedback the background is too bright or you guys and your guests aren't lit well enough, it does draw the eye past the guest. Just trying to help, I've seen a few comments saying it is jarring and I'm 99% sure this is why. Congrats on the new set and an amazing guest worthy of it, wish you boys all the best.

I was at the gig in Brixton that Romesh performed @. He was great that night even at the infancy of his comedy career.
Love the new studio, will take some getting used to (nobody likes change). I like how it’s a little dimmed though, I was worried when I saw Robbie’s vlog, looked so bright, but this is a cooler vibe. I have to say, I do agree that I’m also a weirdo who’s not liking the guest being on the left. No idea why. Just doesn’t feel right. Round sheep.

Why is only the audio on Spotify? I'm sure everyone that listens on Spotify would prefer the videos to be uploaded too. Its a shame to have that set only for RUclips clips.

What an amazing joke. Definitely loving the bit where guys go "why choose that pasty?", when the pasty chosen is the punchline.
BUT, I would've thought Romesh could've handled the classroom situation way better than that. 20 mins of explaining the basic filosophy of Stand-up to gain the ultimate respect from that classroom and therefore the rest of the school. Even if it was a true story, there are teachers who have done way worse things on their leisure hours than that.

I don’t know why I find it jarring that the guest isn’t on the right side though.

If you listen to this whole podcast then I hope you enjoyed it more than I did. As someone who has listened to almost every HH episode, this one really tested my patience, and it had nothing to do with Romesh. At times 90% of this podcast was just Jaack going “this podcast is shit, wow it’s so shit, I can’t believe how shit we are,it’s so bad”. I don’t know what Jaack thinks he’s going to achieve by consistently slagging off his own podcast, it became nauseating to have to listen to Romesh on several occasions to tell him to stop doing it. A bit of detrimental humour is okay, but relentless slagging off of your own podcast is not funny or clever or in any way useful other than getting your audience to want to turn off listening to it. I really hope this side of Jaack’s humour can seriously tone itself down or it’ll be a shame to no longer be a fan of a podcast that was one of my favourites for quite a long time at this point.
For people who don’t wanna read all of this, this commenter doesn’t like that Jack slags off his own podcast in his own podcast.
Okay, noted. I do however find your feedback bizarre as I have always played up to self-deprecative humour. Also, it’s clearly a joke - I love this podcast, and if I thought it was shit, wouldn’t have just spent 3 months and a fuck load of money building a new set. Thanks for the feedback though I’ll take it on board.

As a fan of the podcast I just want to listen to the best episodes that you guys can do, and while 90% of them are brilliant, I just felt that this episode went way too far with the deprecative humour. I feel like an obvious example of this is that Romesh felt it necessary to reassure you of the quality of the podcast on numerous occasions, and that should not be necessary when everyone in the room is aware that the podcast is overall genuine quality.
