In this manhwa the character can master any skills . for example if he wants to be master in alchemy then he just need to practice it and he will increase his mastery level percent either he fail or success (of course he wont be successful at it in lot of iteration but after each attempt he will get near to mastery ) . ..Sorry but i just know this much... i read or watch it couple of year back .
