As a Scotsman who now lives and works in The SF Bay Area, I'm so happy to have found your channel!! Been binge watching your Scottish adventure videos, and LOVING them. I just got back from a wee visit back home over Thanksgiving; took the kids and had an adventure up to Glenshee and stayed overnight at a Castle. Even at 60 years old, I'm still riding my hard-tail 3 times a week up Mt. Tam, here in Marin, CA and still loving it, especially now that my 8 year old daughter has found Mountain Biking as her passion; our daddy, daughter rides are my favorite part of my week. Thanks for all the fantastic content!
“I’m looking at my front wheel”. Every time I am riding poorly that’s my issue. Have to tell my self to look ahead. Looks like a fun ride. Maybe when the weather gets warmer.
Not commented on one of your videos for a while but felt the need too on this one. I love the sport of mountain biking, the freedom it gives me and boost to my mental health. For the past two seasons I've heard ridden and it's made me a grumpy old git. Got my ass back in the gym and raring to go next year and your videos always inspire me to ride. I also watched Paul's videos and think he just got in with the wrong crown which sucked his enjoyment out of the sport, shame but hopefully come the summer he'll be itching to get back out on his bike.
So cool to see you try out some of the wackier trails in my state. If you’re ever back, there are a couple I’d suggest. Black Bear is a great singletrack loop trail just outside Denver. Techy climbs, wild, exposed descents. Red Cone Pass is an odyssey of a shuttle day between Summit County & Park County. & Black Bear Pass between Ouray and Telluride might be the highest elevation pass a tolerably sane person could ride. The latter two are double track and there are always some four wheelers out, but they’re respectful about sharing the road and you can probably outpace them on the downs anyway.
Holy smokes. I think this was one of the first riding videos I’ve watched anywhere in a good while where I felt anxious just watching. Alex scrubbing sideways over the top of the truck sized boulder at ~10:45 I guess wouldn’t help matters (and the fact that it made him soaring over a lovely assortment of beach ball sized boulders a few moments earlier look completely mundane also). My usual trails don’t have much rock riding, so from a very non qualified perspective, I’d say you all crushed it here.
You got suckered in to the little Browns trail... Next time hit Browns creek proper.... And, Nate is a kook... Tell him the CSR crew sends love and cookies!
This is an Epic Adventure!! Very Nice video and beautiful trails!! I hope nobody get injuries! Some parts of this trail are very stuff! Continue this nice job! 👍💪
So epic...I love these rides so much. One of my favorite older vids is when you rode with (and tried to keep up with?) Phil in DuPont. Would love to you see you guys ride together again.
Came over from watching the redemption series finale! Just wanna say how much I enjoyed it. You guys are hilarious together and the rides were fantastic! Cant wait for the next one! Cheers!
Awesome video. I live on Browns Creek below the bathroom trailhead. I’ve pushed up about 1/2 way but have plans to start earlier next season and make it up to the pass for a nice ride back home.
Phenomenal job guys, this series has actually gotten me into some hardcore cross country again. What I mean, is that perhaps I personally have become too slanted towards bike parks as pinnacle experience, this is more like running wild with bear grills in a free running mountain bike kinda sense.
Best content on RUclips as far a I am concerned. Love the rode mics and listening to your banter while riding. Glad your fall didn't end the adventure. I watched Paul's goodbye video. Any chance you two could discuss together in a video. He brought up some interesting topics concerning safety and risk vs rewards, the dynamics of the mtn bike community. You two have a very unique position that if presented in a positive manner would be interesting to many viewers.
I rode my ATV up Mt Antero in August and it's such a good ride. We had a FlightforLife circle us as they were doing training in the area too, really sweet.
👁️👁️ Absolutely Amazing ride. Epic Cinematography. With both you guys mic'd up made for great commentary. Do either of you ever wear elbow guards for this type terrain? Keep up the great work !!! Loved this one.! 👍👍
my homie and I rode this as a loop in July, climbing up the jeep road. The downhill is good enough to make it worth it! We almost couldn't find the trail at the top it was so faint and overgrown
Yo amazing video guys, that upper part was truly something else and im glad Alex didnt get hurt in that fall, that looked pretty rough. I have actually driven that part of highway 50 at night before and it is exactly how you say. It was 0 degrees when i drove though and it was deadly still and dark for 100 miles, almost eerie and just dreamlike. Really cool and you always do just feel lucky to be alive after going through Monarch Pass and then through the enormous valley after.
What was that (?) whizz. Tastes like victory. I’ve definitely grazed a deer on HWY 50 heading to Gunni. Looking forward to what’s in store. Hartman Rocks???
This was great. Trail was a real bike beater tho! Don’t particularly enjoy riding these kinds of trails, if Alex went full superman, I would most definitely break my teeth out there 🥵😂 staying tuned for next episode! Cheers 🍻
i often ask myself how they avoid pedal strikes on the rocks so well, i mean theres a lot of videos in this rocky trails and it seems that you are managing very well. i'd fall like sampler did quite often 😅
Looks like a fun ride except for some of those rock gardens...the different terrain you guys encountered was crazy too! How many miles was that down hill run?
How do you not bottom out? I have my first full-suspension bike and I'm trying to figure out my setup because on rooted trails I keep clipping my pedals.

That Toyota was sick.
You know you guys don't have to have a crash every episode to keep us entertained right? 😜🤘
NOW you tell me 🤣
Epic, epic, epic. You two should pitch a travel show to the big TV networks.
No one watches TV lol
would really suck to deal with a dying network and have restrictions unless there was some good money involved
Whos the pitcher and the catcher?
When your guide just went up and over that downed tree I just had to laugh. What a beast!
“I’m looking at my front wheel”. Every time I am riding poorly that’s my issue. Have to tell my self to look ahead. Looks like a fun ride. Maybe when the weather gets warmer.
Alex cracked me up shaking his head at 9:06. That’s me more often than I’d like to admit.
After all the spills i think redemption part 3 is in line.
That video mad my arms hurt! ;-) I'm enjoying the videos from your tour but can't say that trail is on my bucket list!
You and S are the best. Happy for you guys.

So good, guyz...stay safe. You and Alex...what a team. KUDOS...

sweet shuttle truck man
Those are the rides you remember for a lifetime. Thanks for sharing!
You're looking good my friend, have the best Thanksgiving ever.
The camera makes it look so tame. Only the knowledge that you guys are talented riders shows how difficult that terrain really is.
10:45 OMG WTF was that?!?! Alexander did like a scandi on top of the rock to avoid hitting the bottom bracket, genius
Great Ride. I would be clipped in for that chunder on the top of the mountain. Low side tree game has to be up to snuff on those off camber sections.
Seems like Hartman, Doctors Park or 401 is next!
Brother I didn’t expect that muscular body...that’s amazing ...that a real athlete
Rockily insane. My hands hurt watching it.
Fast and hard. Good stuff.
This trip should be called Ejection not Redemption 😂😂👊. So gnarly, pedal grabs are straight gut wrenchers
That ride looks awesome. Just falling down a mountain for thousands of vert.
You got suckered in to the little Browns trail... Next time hit Browns creek proper.... And, Nate is a kook... Tell him the CSR crew sends love and cookies!

Riding into your own shadow always sucks. Those little ruts can get you !!!
That was wild. Insane trails that were white knuckle and you said you wouldn’t do the harder trail this ride, can’t believe it. Awesome👍

Damn! Glad I Xanaxed up before hopping into this nightmare. 🤣😂😅
The best intro ever! love the tongue bit, cracks me up every time 🤣😂😋
Riding on the moon 🌕
Awesome video Brian, love the riding chemistry between you two!
Phenomenal job guys, this series has actually gotten me into some hardcore cross country again. What I mean, is that perhaps I personally have become too slanted towards bike parks as pinnacle experience, this is more like running wild with bear grills in a free running mountain bike kinda sense.

👁️👁️ Absolutely Amazing ride. Epic Cinematography. With both you guys mic'd up made for great commentary. Do either of you ever wear elbow guards for this type terrain? Keep up the great work !!! Loved this one.! 👍👍
You guys should call this the 'kidney in your neck'-trail! OMG! Respect!
You guys are bad ass. Catching Alex doing superman bail and come up walking just shows what competent riders ya'll have become. Carry on!
Hahaha yep!
You are truly a motivation BRIAN❤️
my homie and I rode this as a loop in July, climbing up the jeep road. The downhill is good enough to make it worth it! We almost couldn't find the trail at the top it was so faint and overgrown
Haha totally!
Did you say baby gravy?!
🤣🤣🤣
LOL Brian you must be the first guy ever to have a Coke in a hottub. Love it.
Awesome epik trail 🤘👍💪❤❤❤
Omg. Rim dingers everywhere

@textontelegramviaofficiall5002 d!3 scammer
I’ve been enjoying this series.
This is the first ride that doesn’t look fun to me though.
Ride on 🤘
Looks like fun for the hardtail

Great video. Should've climbed it!
What was that (?) whizz. Tastes like victory. I’ve definitely grazed a deer on HWY 50 heading to Gunni. Looking forward to what’s in store. Hartman Rocks???
Looks ike a lot of fun guys!

Loving this series 😍 🙌
I think the road makes it up to 13,000 feet which is still pretty crazy.
Alex is a disaster, it's absolutely hilarious to watch!
Love form INDIA
NATE DOGG! 🤣
You all are really good riders.
Where on Mount Antero did you ride? Was not aware that decent was open to bikes.
Absolutely epic!
Just saw you in the airport Brian and complemented you on this series. Just Epic. You guys need to do this more together!

That’s an insane trail! Awesome job!
Amazing video, but screw riding that, my bikes are crying listening to the impacts 🤣
Megavalanche'ish! Wow
There is a reason they call it the rockies 😎
The most re-watched scene...^^;
Cool footage
Dang it! This was a rough trail. But a nice video.
Hey BK
Was that Matt from Just Riding Along???
Is it just me or are his bars a little rolled back after the crash? It looks a bit odd
Lovin it 🤩🤘🔥
