Honestly, clerics seem like the most fun and versatile AoE blasting class. You're tanky, you have utility, and two of your hardest-hitting spells avoid friendly fire completely! I think a fun thing to do would be grabbing Armor of Agathys somehow. It fits the storm/weather theme, and is more likely to trigger since clerics are closer to the action.
Thanks! I kinda skipped over an important part with the tempest cleric fight showcase. You definitely want to try to take advantage of wet enemies, so cast create water!
Pretty sure Light Cleric also get Destructive Wave, so you don't have to go Tempest Cleric for it to be good. Same goes with Spirit Guardians. Where Tempest Cleric shines is the ability to maximize lightning damage on wet targets with Call Lightning while using Destructive Wrath, which wasn't really showcased here at all except for the reaction spell.
If you went warcaster instead of resilient you could also play into the whole lightning and thunder concept by getting shocking grasp as a reaction to enemies moving out of melee range.
Feel like DPS Cleric for Shadowheart is the way to go. Sure, Life Cleric can heal alot, but it's more of an "already winning" bonus. Or it's just a slower way of winning. Dead enemies don't deal damage 😀
This unironically works really well. My older sibling needs so much healing to survive, while my build almost has no need to heal. Death is a great healer 🙃
Just run a paladin or a druid or a monk if u care so much about healing. But i have run no healer without shadow heart many times. But now i wanna make her fuck shit up for once
Why STR instead of DEX second gives you AC and initative you can add alert on top of that and start combat early and knock down mobs first then kill them on the ground with advantage with your other companions.
I miss pure bills. Your electric bill comes, and that's what you pay. Now theres a "peak hours" surcharge, a "didn't sign up for solar" surcharge, a "we know you dont want this street light, but you're not allowed to turn it off" surcharge... God I hate California.
i use hireling as a camp cleric, to upcast support, heroes feast, guardian chain etc at camp after every long rest, go out to the world with essentially 4 damage dealers, the only field cleric good for damage is tempest for obvious reason, and maybe war of u wnna go 11 fight 1 war cleric to do loads of attacks every turn, but no pure cleric for me
Don’t sleep on Light Cleric. At lv 5 you get that glorious fireball. And Misty Step I believe. They can dish out some good dmg and have mobility too. Unfortunately it doesn’t have the aoe attack that doesn’t hit Allies
Guardian of faith is one of the most disappointings spells in the game. I use it a lot and never does anything 😂. A build for each character could make for very interesting videos.

Love your videos! The how to use on battle bit at the end is really helpful!!

If it gave +1 constitution it would probably be better imo. But without that, you're looking at settling for 16 constitution if you want 20 wis.
@@Crozyn You could give her the Amulet of Greater Health which gives you 23 CON and still take War Caster. :D

Yeah I agree, but them spell slots go fast though lol
You dont have to heal your allies if your enemies are dead xD

Exactly. Wondered why he switched & didn't say why.
Thank you for making pure bills
Pure bills are nice lol

i want to respec Shadowheart at level 4 but Withers refused and say Shadowheart is empty inside..... and Shadowheart page wrote "Cleric of Shar"

Guardian of faith is so bad lol. It really needed the ability to be moved.
