For the Eastern Front picture, I think it would've been a cool detail if you had one of the minifgures using a Spanish patch. They have some of those arm packs on citizen brick I believe, keep up the good content!
I absolutely love the diorama type display. It adds a really cool realistic flare and also helps focus on the minifigures. I’ll have to try the helmet trick with moss!!

Scenery looks great! But Wickelgamaschen weren‘t common in 1940, and the STG was only used on the eastern front when the invasion in Normandy took place

The MKB was rarely seen on the eastern front in early 1943, being replaced in late 1943 by other variants like the MP43 or the STG44. In France instead, it wasn‘t used due to the Wehrmscht deciding that the STG was more needed on the eastern front which is why it‘s first appearance on the western front was months after the landings in Normandy
Do kriegsmarine but you can have a scene where you have kriegsmarine sailors in Berlin as they actually fought in the battle of Berlin mostly in the reichstag
