!nnn!n!nnn!nbnnn!!!!!n!nb;;n??bb! :hh
I cant seem to find them. The link didn't take me to them so I searched by name and they aren't coming up.
It seems like they don’t create much heat you were loading that grinder pretty heavy and I don’t see the metal changing color!
@@jodydewey3516 ever find them?
There is something about you that makes your media most entertaining and informative.
Bravo Sir. 💚🌵☘️
Bro....I don't know your name and I knew to your channel, thanks to you I deleted many RUclips channels claims to have knowledge about welding business....you are the best greetings from Amman-Jordan
It’s the peanut-butter-and-fried-egg sandwich of metalworking.
You just made me hungry.
Your tips and tricks are welcome! Many channels cover the basics, but your tool and product discoveries are sharing in the most productive way to do shop work. Much appreciated and useful. ✌
Thank you! I appreciate that comment and am really happy you are enjoying the videos!
Thanks for texting total machine time when speeding up video, definitely useful for deciding if i should use a process.
Im glad that was helpful. It all adds up when you are grinding 10, 20, 30 welds. Like I said in the video, if you are grinding down thick welds this will do it, maybe not as fast as a regular flap disc. The beauty is having the option in one product
Hey Chris , I learn so much from your videos and after building Arcades / Amusement centers for 25 years I thought I knew it all. Keep up the great work.
I really do enjoy the tools, processes and tips videos you do. I have limited time for projects, so your videos are a big help with working smart!
Really enjoy your product and how to videos! There are many good project videos out there but many of the channels never really dive into the products and uses that make the process easier and higher quality. For those of us who aren't "in the business" everyday but serious hobbyists many times aren't exposed to new and innovative products the "pros" use, so huge thanks for your efforts!!
In our workshop we use a lot of Pferd slitting discs and grinding stones, especially the black vitrified stones, they grind Stellite quite well.
I just love the new bees finishing wheel after a grinding wheel
Love those discs and especially your vises.
Yes please. Add as many tip videos as you can. I am a wood and drywall guy, just expanding into metal at age 52. I am also a teacher and have a lot of film/tv experience. Your videos are excellent. You are a natural teacher. Great, succinct explanations with examples. Your edits are seamless and your audio is pretty consistent. Keep up the great work
Well damn! I didn’t know these existed yet. Great disc option! Thanks for sharing
Really like where your heading with this!! I like the informative videos.
These videos are great. I watched your previous project videos and waited for the tips throughout. These are great for the tips up front. Love the review on metal cutting recently. Would love to see ways to tap threads (I know you’ve talked about tapmatic before). And metal polishing would be great. Rock on!
Very interesting product! I’m definitely going to pick up some of these.
Very informative, thank you for sharing. Those disks are awesome!
thank you for your time
Thanks so much. Keep Making. God bless
Very informative. I will look to purchase a couple grinding discs used in this video.
Was taking old paint from a metal cabinet with a grinding disc. My thoughts were how can I get a nice finish at the same time and I found your video. Off out now to purchase your suggestions. Thank you. Great video and inspiration. Steve, Bulgaria.
Hey Man. First of all, nice welding. Those disks are fantastic. I wish I knew about these disks 2 days ago. I am restoring 1954 Fargo and I am doing a lot of sheet metal welding grinding. In the fall, I will be doing more work on it so I will look into these disks. I relly enjoy all of your tips and tricks videos. Thanks for sharing. 🍁👍👍
Excellent video! Thank you!
Great video, thanks.
I am always looking for practical hints and demos to share with my son in Taiwan and my son in law in South Africa. I live in the UK.
Hope they can get these disks.
I am 70 and I still want to learn how to weld mainly to make structures for my garden that have got some artistic fling.
Keep up the sharing.
great vidios hope you continue to make this type
Great video. Reminds me of a time I made an angle grinder with a flap disc into a unit for cleaning driveway expansion cracks. Works incredibly well, used it for literal years.
Thank you, seems like a good tool for that type of job!
Always enjoy your project videos and these products how to videos are terrific. Always learn a tip or trick to make my workshop better. Thanks
Awesome thank you for watching!
You make it look easy. It ain't that easy!
Good demo, I’m sold
I have noticed good quality flap discs do the same thing. When they get worn they can leave a brilliant mirror shine with a light touch. But when pushing on it hard it removes an amazing amount material.
Great info. Definitely keep these going.
I use benchmark abrasives products they have great cutoff disks I'll check those out, very handy..thanks.
Just found your videos and love them. I am a high school metals teacher and will be using these videos when teaching. Why? because, kids get tired of listening to me and they are great when a student is absent or needs to revisit how to do something.
Thanks, I hope you do not mind.
Awesome! Love to hear that!
Super interesting and informative, love this type of video as well as the projects. Keep em coming.
Thank you Richard
I like the specific stuff, maybe for future videos you can do some wheel dressing tips or other stone grinding related tips. I don't see a lot of content in regards to grinding with stones or carbide burrs. These are things we use regularly in the die room, stone choice and dressing make a lot of difference. Granted there's not always a ton of reasons to need to know it.
Drill bit sharpening is always fun to learn as well. Looking for when and why to sharpen or change bits perhaps.
Thanks for the content though.
Good idea!!
Great video. Love all these unique but useful tools. Can trust your opinion because we all know you're the real deal. Mahalo for sharing! : )
Time saver.Thats good
I would love some tips on how to grind spheres/metal balls smooth as efficiently as possible.
I love this video.
Awesome content ! 👍👍
Solid...video
Good explanation bro
Excellent
Thanks for the tool tip, these look like a cool tool upgrade.
Any van improvement / Upgrade videos on the horizon?
Good info, thanks
Nice. I do some metal art. I use flux core wire and it is real messy. I am not a good welder either. I can see how this disc would help. I do use flap discs now but they do not really last all that long. Thanks.
that's a nice piece of 2-in-1 tool but sadly still not available have in Bharat.
Loved to see how it can be used.
Good stuff Bro, do keep churning out more stuff. Looking forward 👌🏽👍
I took a welding class from him lol very cool
Cool! Seems like a great option.
They are fantastic!
Call that a one step grind instead of cleaning up after a grinding disk looks like they saves you alot of time. May have to get a few boxes of those in different grits.
Thanks awesome I’m gonna get them .How about bed frame steel or spring steel? Any tricks?
Nice vid. Enjoying all the info. What disc would be considered for my frame on my truck? Has a lil bit of surface rust would like to take that down and get it ready for paint?
Good afternnon : Excelent explanation about finishing grinding wheels, would you be so kind to make a video, about how to make finishings in stainless steel welding at pipes?...Thanks in advance
Awesome 👌
Have you ever heard of Aaron from the Lean and Mean academy. Great channel and have learned alot from him about businsss and power washing. Learned alot from you as well 🤟
Would you recommend these for removing paint from a file cabinet? Paint removal from metal + a finished surface with one disc sounds amazing!
I'm a shop noobie. I'm going out now for 2 more grinders.
Rather be looking at it than looking for it!
@@MakeEverything you should sell that plasma cut, like Jimmy’s “I’d rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it” letter press print
Definitely helped so much when I got a second grinder, (usually have a cutting wheel on one and a flap disk on the other) and if I have a big welding project coming up I’ll certainly get another one.
better make that 4
Great 👍
Show some tips and tricks. Organization. Cool tools that save time.
Is that how they get the aluminum frame so smooth on a Cannondale mountain bike? It's impressive I was blown away so much I bought one. Also the wait and the styling was way ahead of its time.. my bike locks and water bottle weigh more than the entire bike does itself. It's crazy
Great video. I need to polis the edges of 1/4 inch thick aluminum that is already polished on one side. It, I want it square and mirror polished. What do you recommend? By the way, I have a wood shop. No metal working tools other than an angle grinder and puffers.
Hello.
By grinding stainless steel pipes to satin or a mirror, do you also do it in a minute with the effect like in the movie? Because if so, such a surface finish is only suitable for paint, and then for a thick layer that will cover scratches. Man 3M Cubitron for the first cut, and then Norton H821. And only later something for satin or a mirror. Greetings from Poland, we already have this technology, it is a pity that in the US there is no ...
Very informative! No longer available from Amazon , any suggestions where to order from ?
Liked and subbed ✔️
Very Nice chanel
If you were doing aluminum tubing exclusively, would you go still use the same discs? That rounded disc did a good job, but what about areas where you need a smaller wheel?
can you recommend sheet steel bend finishing process?
This kind of things have to have some disadvantage and it's the time. If it takes 1 minute to grind that short weld it's already to long. Normally im using 2 grinders, one with course disc and the other with something softer so I don't have to swap discs all the time. It will take maybe 20 seconds to flat that weld with 40 grit disc and 10 or 15 to smooth it out so I will be faster by 20 - 25 seconds per weld. That's over a minute on 3 sided part like you have in the vise. I'm all in for new stuff but only if it's actually better than what I allready have.
Do you do a lot of polishing with 36 grit 🤔
Can you please provide a part number for the combination discs that have the sand paper and woven fabric
what about countersinking a bolt had?any good for this.
Wonder how long it will stay effective. That s the problem I have, just dont last long and expensive
Brother. Very detailed video. Informative and useful. I am an amateur DIY guy. A question: can we go grinding without a guard while using flap disc with a vairable speed grinding tool?
Thank you for nice video. Liked and Subscrbed in the first minute
When I’m finishing and grinding steel I almost always remove the guard and use a slower speed variable grinder. The guard will typically interfere with the grinding discs full size. Thst being said, always use a guard when cutting with a cutoff wheel! Good luck!
Can I use these grinding discs with a drill? Or what kind of abrasive can I use with a drill?
What do you use to fill small imperfections after sanding welds before painting?
It depends on the paint process and what I’m going for. If it can be bondoed I will use body filler. There are also high temp putty you can use for powder coating. I usually try and dab a little more weld in there if there’s a gap or low spot.
Great content, Would be awesome if you adjust the focus on your camera. Most of the time your focal points aren't actually in focus.
I think I'll go with the two-step mold them things are pricey $110 bucks for five discs
Love the video. I tried the link for Polivlies 100/120M Finishing Disc ( 5 Pack) and it is not working. Comes up with a picture of a dog and says sorry we could not find that link. BTW, I subscribed to your channel.
Very nice , I am from India how can I purchase it.
Very nice. What was. The suppliers name again
Thank you
Those don't cut.
Those are mostly to finish.
I blend stainless and aluminum welds on rails.
We use Klingspor and Prfrd
Really need to get this asap but the link doesn't work. Alternatives?
also is that a scourer pad? can i just glue on a scourer pad to my grinding disk arre you saying this is the same thing
And thats why you have mora than one grinder
do you have to take the guards off the grinders to get these discs to work ? im not sure I would be comfortable telling employees to take guards off machines , Im sure the health and safety executive would complain .
It works un aluminum ?
what model is the larger welder in the background?
Lincoln Power Mig 360MP, its fantastic
The amazon link for the 100/120 finishing disc doesn't work.
I bought some of these Pferd discs.. they work, but they aren't cheap and they don't last any longer than normal cheap flap discs.
9:10 IS that a KLR doohickey!?
Do you have a link? The ones in the description don’t work
Hi can you send me te link again to biy the grounding and finishing disc. The kink doesnt work. I want to buy some
whats the name of that disc pad? whats its called
I can't find it in amazon
Where are your grinder guards?
Love your channel. But yeah kill that link. I had to delete my Amazon App. And re download
I just repaired them both, all good now sorry!
all are currently unavailable from Amazon.
These discs clogged up really fast… this is the primary reason to consider when using them.
Focus... FOCUS!...LOL.
sal rite i realised i have a grinding wheel that will do what i want...who knew.
