I had a sentence (active case) in my exam today, and I had to turn it into a passive one. The sentence was ''He is running a big company.'' What I did was this ''A big company is being RUNNED by him.'' RUNNED is a nonstandard one, but, can it be used a formal answer in grammar exams???

Phrasal verbs are hard to learn, learn their meanings and memorize them , but I've come to the conclusion that one's gotta put them into practice in context if you wanna master them.
